How to Heal Your Ancestry With Healer Paula Ciniero
In this podcast Paul and I discuss ideas, beliefs and practices around healing your ancestry by healing yourself. The Native American traditional beliefs say that when you heal yourself of your ancestral pain and clear your energy field, that you heal your ancestry 7 generations back and 7 generations forward. Suffering and pain can be passed on to us through our ancestors, who passed this on to our parents and their parents and so on. There are some deep wounds and pain memory that we do not and cannot access but we learn that we do not need to know exactly what they pain memory or wound was, we simply need to allow ourselves to feel with the intention of releasing. Many times before a session to release the pain, we will postpone because we are not ready or we are fearful to let go of what has been so comfortable uncomfortable. That is ok, because when you are ready, you will be ready. Being mindfully aware and present with yourself will help guide you to the right time of releasing and healing. Fear pesters us, drives us to not reach, to try, to dream, to have what we want--fear steals from us in that we do not live our lives fully because we are mired down by fear. Its a vicious cycle. Danger is real, fear is not real.  Fear is a construct of thoughts that we have strung together from past experiences or the beliefs we hold--whether they are our beliefs or the beliefs passed down to us.  Fear can rob us of having what we want and if we obsessively think about what we fear, we can even create situations that reflect our fear. But we can do something about it. We can live a life free of fear. We have the power to change our lives by becoming aware that what is stopping us is most likely not going to happen and recognize that its only an idea. Ideas are malleable and plastic just as our brains have neuroplasticity.

Relationships Are Not Hard Work If You Do This
Relationships are not hard work. Relationships flow easily when two people bring their best self to the relationship. Compatibility between two people will click, both people are available, open and willing to give and receive love to the other. The trick is knowing yourself first. when you know yourself you become a magnet for what you want and the right person finds their way to you and you find your way to them. This podcast also looks into what it means to "work hard" in a relationship, how to know to put effort into a relationship or if we are keeping a relationship alive that should have been released. Getting Clear on Whats REALLY Going On In Your Relationship or Dating Life
This Podcast is focused on navigating the gray areas in relationships. It addresses the areas of the first few dates, the question of being exclusive or dating someone for a few months and then they start to distance themselves. If you Have ever been on a date or seeing somebody casually and they tell you that they miss you but you don't hear back from them for weeks or they act jealous when you tell them that you've met somebody else and you've moved on, or they tell you that they like you and then they ghost you or they text you just enough to keep you paper clipped and it arms length……. Many people who get involved in this work have the idea that It's not okay to express emotions or that we shouldn't feel or express our emotions. You must recognize that your emotions are guiding you, telling you what is stored deep within your psyche. Emotions will show you the door and the way out and put you on a new path. You have the ability and power to choose the path if you are willing to become mindful of your emotions. We have to understand that if we do not express our emotions if we don't feel our emotion how can we heal? Anytime that you stop allowing things to come up for you, this doesn't mean react to it, but just feel it and be mindful of it It helps reframe. In order for us to create a new habit in our lives, we have to leave behind the old familiar habits and patterns that are known to us and familiar to us. The things that make us comfortably uncomfortable. You hear me say this a lot We have to change the things that we have been comfortably uncomfortable with, the things that we're familiar with our thoughts our patterns our habits our emotions and sometimes we even have to change our relationships. change can be really frightening for people and this is about where everybody stops. When they realize that to have what they want they have to change and that might mean leaving people behind. It might mean leaving the idea of this comfortably uncomfortable life behind. Or the fact maybe that you feel secure with your life and recognizing that to have what you say you want you're going to have to change. This throws people into the unknown and that can be very terrifying place for many. If there's anything that makes us stop and think and pause and have create what we want this is why. Change is not easy. But when you really want it it actually becomes fun. It becomes a new challenge the new uncomfortable for you is the place of the unknown. It’s also why it’s so important to  practice new habits as a part of your daily routine.

Why Do We Dream is a podcast based off of David Eaglemans article in Time Magazine that talks about the amazing agility and plasticity of the human brain.  We are amazing beings and the more we become aware of what we are capable, the better we become. When he was two years old, Ben stopped seeing out of his left eye. His mother took him to the doctor and soon discovered he had retinal cancer in both eyes. After chemotherapy and radiation failed, surgeons removed both his eyes. For Ben, vision was gone forever. But by the time he was seven years old, he had devised a technique for decoding the world around him: he clicked with his mouth and listened for the returning echoes. This method enabled Ben to determine the locations of open doorways, people, parked cars, garbage cans, and so on. He was echolocating: bouncing his sound waves off objects in the environment and catching the reflections to build a mental model of his surroundings.

Breaking Family Curses and Healing Your Inner Child
Healing your ancestry and breaking family curses can heal your life.  This work requires recognizing that we have habits and patterns that no longer work for us.  We may have to set boundaries with people in our lives. We have to be honest with ourselves about where we find ourselves and decide if this is the life that we want to live. If you want to change your life, you can. You have to want it badly enough. You have to be willing to do the work and in doing the work you will find the freedom of being who you truly are. Many people find their passionate purpose and live from this state, constantly manifesting and creating more of what they want. Healing our family curses is understanding that we were not at fault and that our primary caretakers were just as hurt and bruised by their primary caretaker. This does not let a cruel person off the hook, instead it helps us understand the patterns and behaviors that deeply effect us as children. Abuse comes in many forms and we must learn to recognize how our experiences molded us to become who we are today. In becoming clear, we then can choose to change our habits, patterns and behaviors to live a life we deserve to live.

What is self esteem? How is it developed? If you’re feeling bad about yourself in life or are low on self-esteem, just remember that Albert Einstein, arguably the most influential scientist of all time, would’ve lived his life believing he was just a stupid kid if his parents would have listened to his early teachers. Einstein was thoughtful and quiet and possessed the ability to think about things deeply. He thought beyond the superficial and discovered the extraordinary. He was reverent and humble and kind. His self esteem wasn't loud and neither was he. His work spoke for itself. Loving An Emotionally Unavailable Person: What You Need To Know
In this podcast i am going to discuss what emotional unavailability looks like. If you don’t know what signs to look for, it’s easy to get blindsided. Unavailability can show up as addiction, workaholism, evasive, entitled, and excuse after excuse..  Or, it can look like “toxic positivity” sudden anger, a low mood in which they suddenly stop talking.  They have difficulty expressing authentic emotions. Someone who has been in a relationship with someone who’s emotionally unavailable may not have recognized what was happening until they were ghosted. This is very traumatizing. Emotional unavailability typically starts in childhood caused from insecurity with one of our primary caregivers. If a secure foundation was not provided for our emotional growth and having emotions, and Emotionally Unavailable Person will feel uncomfortable around all emotions.

You’re simply perceiving from your past experiences. Forgiveness shifts your perception. Forgiveness can rewire your neural networks and set you free mentally, emotionally and physically. Communication and understand ourselves and another is the most important component of creating connection. I believe we communicate from our own secret world located inside of our own private universe in an attempt to make connections with others. For example, the same red rose sitting before us I see through my personal lens. Although we both see the rose, the shade of red may vary depending on how light bends and we take the information in. Chasing someone or something does not get you what you want. Your vibration does. The only thing you need to do is hold the vibration if what it is that you want to attract. You have to become it and live what you believe. It is NOT too much to ask that they put in a little effort to make you feel loved and wanted. You should never feel guilty or ashamed to want and need to feel like someone's priority.
