Episode 12: Anger, grief & embarrassed
Today, I was triggered by a conversation about a subject that I normally have positive thoughts about. First, I noticed anger spark in my and then as I felt into the anger, tears welled up and I felt grief. Then embarrassed popped up briefly. I allowed the emotions to flow and recorded the whole thing. It was a lot of fun to talk out what I was feeling and transforming it.
Episode 11: accessing negative emotions w/sugar & carbs
I realized that I'm mostly feeling higher vibration emotions and that when I ingest more sugar or carbs in my diet then I seem to more readily move into negative emotions/vibrations. Makes sense since sugar is a lower frequency food. Hence ingesting it will lower my vibration and make the lower vibration emotions more easily accessible to me.
Episode 10: Accessing negative emotions with sugar, "chapped lips"
I drank a glass of juice before bedtime, which had me going to bathroom 6x during the night. A-ha! I was able to access doubt, uncertain, unsure and fear by having ingested sugar.
"Chapped lips" - I started using a reference book that connects physical ailments and emotions. It's called Messages From the Body by Michael Lincoln. Best. Resource. Ever. Helped me tap into doubt of my personal potency. Super helpful!
