What is NAD? | Anti-Aging & Mitochondrial Health
Here's a quick clip from my sit down with Dr. Sri Mummaneni to discuss anti-aging, longevity, NAD, NMN and supplement business.
As we age, our bodies produce less NAD+ and the communication between the Mitochondria and cell nucleus is impaired. (5,8,10).
Over time, decreasing NAD+ impairs the cell's ability to make energy, which leads to aging and disease (8, 5) and perhaps even the key factor in why we age (5).

Everything starts at the top
As goes the leadership team, so goes the rest of the company.
Whatever challenges exist within the organization can be traced to the cohesion of the executive team and its capabilities in prediction, delegation, and repetition.
Leaders don’t have to be years ahead, just minutes ahead of the market, the competition, and those they lead. The key is frequent interaction with customers, competitors, and employees.
1) Leadership: the inability to staff/grow enough leaders throughout the organization who have the capabilities to delegate and predict
2) Scalable infrastructure: the lack of systems and structures (physical and organizational) to handle the complexities in communication and decisions that come with growth
3) Market dynamics: the failure to address the increased competitive pressures that build (and erode margins) as you scale the business
In summary:
Stay On Frontline when small. As you scale up outsource for BIG DATA. This becomes increasingly more difficult as the business scales up.
