I was talk about my weight loss Journey been going for me about what I have been up talk about the book that I just got in about Thyroid I have medication for it I have problem with losing weight I have to work harder to loss the weight so I have to workout hard this book is about thyroid Healing that's the name of the book the other is what kind of workout that I have been doing and how its been helping me and that walk my dog up down the road I live on farm which is nice because you can do whatever you want to the other thing is I started the keto diet which I call it a life change and that's what I think of it the other thing is I was talk about coming out my comfort place by doing the outfit of the day which you can find on Instagram and plus I was going to the gym but the gym are shut down because of the COIVD 19 which sucks that was helping me coming out my comfort place And eve doing the video's that I do helps me to come out of my comfort place and brings up my self Esteem I really want to go to the beach if I so I can wear my new swim suit that I bought but that's just means that I have to come out my comfort place and wear a two piece because I don't like to I don't eve like to posted picture on Instagram and Facebook and twitter because of the Negativity about what people will say and the mean comments that I would get like you are not to pretty or you are not good enough for it or there can be positivity that can be good for you and that's what i want because I take what people say to heart my daughter has the same problem like that to
