Bridging the chasm that exists within an individual new leader as they ascend from manager, as well as the chasm that exists between the pool of skilled leaders and the need for Great Leaders during this post-pandemic "Great Resignation" wave and generational transfer of leadership. We'll focus on nonprofits/not-for-profits/NGOs, which all happen to be businesses, just businesses missioned as "Social Enterprises" to improve the well-being of people and society. All nonprofits are businesses, but not all businesses are nonprofits.
