Today we meet Cathy Carroll. Cathy and her husband Ed own and operate a Payroll Vault Franchise in Havertown, PA. Cathy and Ed are two of the best networkers I know. They always bring value and they're always connecting people to others that help them grow. Cathy talks to us today with unique perspective. Her and Ed made the decision to start their company when many of their peers are looking to wind down. The commitment & passion they had to work for themselves is to be applaudable. And they're creating a legacy to one day hand down to their son. Cathy will also share how they're helping small businesses with their relationship based approach and specifically navigating their clients thru the PPP (Corona Virus Payroll Loans) Process.

Today we speak with Pat Dolly. Pat is a 30+ year vet of the Shotokan Karate. He is ranked as a 3rd Degree Black Belt. He's also Trained in World War 2 Combatives. Currently he's focused on learning and doing as much Jiu Jitsu as possible. I've also known Pat since we were in 2nd grade together. Which makes this conversation seem rather natural. We talk about how a lifetime of Martial Arts have helped him both physically and mentally. We also discuss diffusing situations before the escalate physically. His answer surprised me.

Marla runs a support group for family members of and individuals who manage living daily with mental health. Marla's two daughters and their father were diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome in 2004. As a family they meet their challenges head on with a learning based lifestyle, life long behavioral management, accountability, a strong sense of community....and a whole lot of HUMOR!
