Werewolves, also known as lycanthropes, are legendary shape-shifting humans. As the name suggests, the shape these creatures take on is that of a wolf. Werewolf legends have sprung up independently or spread to virtually every area of the Earth. It is also one of the oldest tales of human monsters in recorded history. Stories of lycanthropes are common in folklore prevalent across Europe.

On Highway 666, an endless bound of unexplained phenomenon has occurred throughout history. Considered to be one of the most famous roads in North America, this road expands for a distance that is equivalent to approximately two hundred miles. This road starts in the city of Monticello in the State of Utah and extends to the city of Gallup – which is located in New Mexico. THE LEGEND OF THE BOGGY Creek Monster has long captivated the people of Fouke, Arkansas, a little town about 150 miles outside of Little Rock. It is said that Fouke is the first place that this cryptid was spotted. According to legend, the Boggy Creek Monster stands between seven and eight feet tall on two feet and weighs close to 300 pounds. Its chest, legs, and arms are covered with thick, long hair.

A doppelgänger is a cryptid that originated in Germany but has spread all throughout the world. The word doppelgänger literally means double goer. A doppelgänger is essentially an evil twin. It goes around to your friends and relatives, confusing them. They think it's you, so they can easily mess up your life. They can also end it. Seeing your own doppelgänger signifies death. In other words, you see your doppelgänger, you die.

The Real Men in Black / For decades now, the reporting of an unidentified flying object or alien encounter has often lead to a visit from a couple of mysterious visitors, dressed all in black, which threaten dire consequences if the person persists in talking about their experience.

Several features seem to be synonymous with these unwelcome visits. Edward Theodore Gein , also known as the Butcher of Plainfield or the Plainfield Ghoul, was an American convicted murderer and body snatcher. Gein's crimes, committed around his hometown of Plainfield, Wisconsin, gathered widespread notoriety in 1957 after authorities discovered he had exhumed corpses from local graveyards and fashioned trophies and keepsakes from their bones and skin. Gein also confessed to killing two women: tavern owner Mary Hogan in 1954 and hardware store owner Bernice Worden in 1957.   Gein was initially found unfit to stand trial and confined to a mental health facility. By 1968, he was judged competent to stand trial; he was found guilty of the murder of Worden,  but he was found legally insane and was remanded to a psychiatric institution. He died at Mendota Mental Health Institute of respiratory failure, on July 26, 1984, aged 77. He is buried next to his family in the Plainfield Cemetery, in a now-unmarked grave.

David Richard Berkowitz (born Richard David Falco, June 1, 1953), also self-proclaimed with the name Son of Sam and christened by the media as the .44 Caliber Killer due to the weapon he used, is an American serial killer who pleaded guilty to eight separate shooting attacks that began in New York City during the summer of 1976.

Jack the Ripper was an unidentified serial killer active in the largely impoverished areas in and around the Whitechapel district of London in 1888. In both the criminal case files and contemporary journalistic accounts, the killer was called the Whitechapel Murderer and Leather Apron. Jacks the Ripper is one of the few unidentified serial killers who's killing spree took place during the year 1888. 

Mermaids are said to inhabit the oceans of the world, Black Beard the pirate and his crew along with Christopher Columbus have claimed to see Mermaids throughout the Oceanic trade routes during their time. The two captains have logged these sightings on numerous voyages. 

The Van Meter Monster is a strange creature indeed, it has wings like a bat, red captivating eyes, and a large horn on it's forehead which acts as a beacon of light which lights it's way through the night. 

The Wendigo is a Ominous creature that inhabits the forest around northern United States, it's a hideous creature with horns, a mouth with no lips due to its ferocious appetite for flesh. The Wendigo seeks out victims to devour or to possess. This creature is an ageless beast with a dubious agenda. 

The Dover Demon is a small but evil creature who inhabits the forests, it has an unknown agenda, but projects an evil intent along with a  dreadful intent.

The Montauk Monster is a strange creature that washed up on the beach in upper New York close to Plum Island. The beast was said to look like a menagerie of different animals, it had a beak of a bird/octopus, racoon paws, hairless, dog body. The creature mysteriously disappeared, only photos remain.
