CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL works with an Apprentice to deliver a program, service, or training contract. CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL issues a Training contract to the Apprentice.
An Apprentice develops a program or opportunity and presents it to CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL, becoming the contractor and project manager. The Apprentice may lead or be part of a team delivering the project. CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL signs a contract with a third party and issues a consultancy contract to the Apprentice (and others as needed) for delivery. In some cases, a 'finder's fee' may be negotiated.
An Apprentice offers services to third parties, leveraging the CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL brand and receiving backstopping support and access to materials. CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL provides basic support, and if more in-depth assistance is required, the Apprentice can subcontract CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL and include the cost in their contract with the third-party client. The Apprentice is directly contracted by the third-party and pays a percentage of the fee to CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL. Additional support from CITYLAB PROFESSIONAL can be contracted by the Apprentice if needed.

Now imagine being able to apply that knowledge to get meaningful employment when they're released.

He believed there was power in technology, but he also wanted those who were underprivileged to have the same opportunity.
[This] led him to create CityLab Professional.
