I have come to realize this is the most important fundamental that we need to address and master. Whether you are a young child still navigating the newness of this world, a budding entrepreneur, a new parent, or any other walk of life we have to do a much better job of mastering our EQ. There's no question that those who have this one mastered will experience far greater amounts of success, and more importantly, happiness in life. We have to get started with our kids from a very young age, for me that is with my two children and my high school boys basketball team.
