Let me be clear. I support our law enforcement. I do, however, have very real concerns about the standards/requirements that exist for our police.

There are a lot of race baiting claims out there that cops are on the hunt for minorities. With an easy DuckDuckGo search (not bias/politically driven Google) it takes about five minutes to understand that is far from the truth. In fact, it's not even close.
