Step 1. Ask God to guard your mind. Romans 12:2 

Ask God to help you in your journey and by God helping you in your journey, you will be able to help others. Your Ultimate goal is to want to help others. 

Step 2. Forgive yourself - 

We all make mistakes `- Do your best to limit your errors by reminding yourself what your purpose is. 

Step 3. Killing A.N.T - 

Killing A.N.T is killing any negative thoughts - Recognize the source of self focused and self discipline. Defeate those negative thouhts

Step 4 - Replace self focused with God Focused.
