Hey friends! This is a really really special episode. It is NEDA Week (National Eating Disorder Awareness), so Abbi thought there was no better time to share her personal story with anorexia and mental illness. Ultimately we hope this is not just a moving story but an encouragment to anyone who is listening that is going through something right now.  Praying that this podcast gives you hope. 

Hello again! We're back this time with some thoughts, advice, and rants about worship leading. We have both led worship on staff and as a volunteer for years and wanted to talk about it! Its safe to say we have very different experiences! Hope you enjoy!

Hello again! We are right in the thick of moving out of our house and down to Tennessee but we wanted to get another recording in before we left! 

We wanted to talk about what the first 19 months of parenting has been for us, and what the first two months of parenting 2 kids has been like. Share some successes and failures. Plus, the real star of the show makes her podcast debut! Indee shows up somewhere with an extremely cute display of her words and animal noises!
