DIY projects don't always go according to plan. In fact, sometimes a home construction project can lead to your hot, wet death. As is the case for one of Josh's friends that built a DIY sauna in his backyard and almost everything went wrong. Josh and Logan are in St. Louis together and of course Josh immediately racked up some strange interactions. He had an Uber driver that practiced some rough self-talk and got let down by some orange juice that leads Logan to confront him about his restaurant ordering habits. Josh just got back from a trip and Logan just left for one, so in lieu of a regular episode, the boys are releasing a bonus episode from their Patreon! In college, Josh knew a couple kids that made their own moonshine in their dorm and probably poisoned themselves. Speaking of poisoning oneself, Josh and Logan talk more about Josh's eating habits and he reveals that he has recently gotten into oysters, so that will probably take a turn. They also talk about hangovers, Josh falling asleep at shows, and they debate the pronunciation of kombucha.

Josh just can't seem to find the right pair of jeans. Or, more accurately, he keeps buying jeans that don't quite fit and hoping they will just improve somehow. But maybe he just gets flustered shopping for clothes because tailors have been mean to him. Who knows? *shrug* Josh and Logan also try something a little different in this episode. They are both reading a book about anxiety and discuss what they're getting out of it and have an in-depth conversation about their fears and mental hangups. Josh tells Logan about how he first knew his hometown was maybe getting a little...rough. It was mainly around the early 2000's when meth really started popping off. Which led to Josh and his friends running into some very strange characters on a walk. One of whom was having a battle with nature. Josh is pretty sure he's still hurting from a trip to Six Flags that knocked him around quite a bit. After discussing how bad plane riders should be punished, Josh talks about a man who may have made his own specialty neck pillow for a flight, which leads Josh and Logan to research the saddest, strangest, most buckwild-shaped pillows they've ever seen.
