So, we decided to get rid of my sons' podcast because they're not interested in doing it anymore. But, I had to share this episode Ray did on his mental health crisis and issues with his dad.

Today, we are talking about misinformation!

Today, we talk about how the media has successfully brainwashed and lied to Black America. As we now see everything through the lens of racism, everything is racist.

Another Day, Another Rant! This time about relationships. My thoughts about the Ciara prayer, what I wished someone would have told me when I was younger and my thoughts about dating and relationships.

Today, I talk about motherhood. My struggles, how to not get caught up with mom guilt and how I parent based on my upbringing. I also talk about the negativity when it comes to parenting on the internet.

Today, I'm covering current events. It's so controversial to talk about these things but I have something to say.

So I needed to get a few things off my chest. This was something I did randomly and totally forgot to turn my phone off so sorry about the phone vibrating. But today, I talked about why I hate being called a single mom and struggles with the other parent.

Welcome back to the podcast. Today, I talk about having a business with my kids, Ray and Ry. I talk about how we created everything and the things that are important to me when doing business with my little ones. I talk about my experience and the things I learned anyway.

Today, I wanted to open up about something we went through with my oldest son. The mental health crisis with children is not talked about enough and it can feel isolating and like you're the only parent going through it. I just wanted to share our story and the things we're doing to help him.

In this episode, I talk about my experience of growing up Black. I also added a conversation with Ray as we talked about his experiences and his thoughts. I also shared things I would like to see in my community. I really think if you can change mindsets you can change communities. I'm hoping things do get better for the Black community because we are stronger together. I just give my thoughts on things I'm seeing and what we can all do to improve our communities.

Today's episode is my rant about social media. I shared a few lines from my favorite song and shared my thoughts about social media.

When you're going through a tough time, sometimes you see no way out. I wanted to talk about how I feel when faced with tough days and how I got through those tough days. Stay mentally well everyone! There is help out there for you.

This episode I just wanted to share my journey of being a mom where it started and how it's going. I'm sorry this episode is a little choppy and each episode will get better. This story was hard to share so I'm sorry for all the ums and you knows. But, I hope my story inspires and encourages someone to keep going.

The school year is starting and I wanted to start this season of my podcast talking about the issues I've had with public school. I speak on how I want to homeschool in the future, how my son was treated in the school system, how parents can advocate for their children and changes I would like to see in the public school system.
