Episode 5: Album 10 of 14: Songs of Faith and Devotion
Breaking significantly from where I believe much of the fanbase resides, I score Songs of Faith and Devotion fairly low, and rank it almost two thirds of the way down towards the bottom. The album that heralded a major (and mostly permanent) change to the sound of Depeche Mode, it is the end of peak Depeche Mode and the beginning of the long, slow, and somewhat sad continuation of their sound that has pervaded ever since.
Episode 4: Album 11 of 14: Sounds of the Universe
A mediocre album that is partially saved by at least one absolutely brilliant track and it's better than average b-side.
Episode 3: Album 12 of 14: Delta Machine
Still lingering near the bottom of the albums in my estimation, but we are already nearing a point where, although they aren't near my top brackets, I will be praising rather than complaining a lot more.
Episode 1: Album 14 of 14: Exciter
Starting at the bottom, i.e., least favorite to most, here's the first Depeche Mode album review
Episode 0: Giving the Depeche Mode reviews context

Episode 2: Album 13 of 14: Spirit
Continuing to album 13 of 14; we're still a long ways off from my favorites.
