Where have we been??? It’s been 2 months since we recorded... and wow ... the world has really changed so much. We have to keep looking forward. We can’t get caught up in the “What if all this Covid never happened?”

Tima Elhajj is a LinkedIN Influencer who is an incredible mother, business owner and podcaster. She is such an example of the work/family collaboration. Her passion is helping businesses create purpose driven content. In this episode we wanted to share a message with our daughters about beauty being defined by strength,love,confidence and compassion.

Lee led of a team of 40,000 cast members and was responsible for 20 resort hotels, 4 theme parks, 2 waterparks,a shopping entertainment village, Espn sports and recreation complex, and the ancillary operations services that lead the number one vacation destination in the world!

Our first podcast interview !!! Duncan worked with Disney for 30yrs. He started by making cappuccinos and climbed his way to the top. He leads todays top companies in the area of creativity and innovation. He is also an example of drive and determination.

Struggle is relative. Don’t have a mindset of victimization. We are all facing challenges in different areas.

Keep Moving and remember this is not forever.

Challenges make us stronger. As a parent it can be hard to see our kids in a struggle. What they need is our support and love. The overcoming the challenge is what will help them reach their full potential.

We are in a really challenging time right now with one of the biggest health scares ever. One of the biggest things I learned over this last year was not to be paralyzed by fear. Instead we need to replace it with a RESPECT for the preparation needed to get through a challenge

The one thing I would tell myself as a young mom. Is ASK FOR HELP! It is not a sign of weakness. It’s ok to admit you are overwhelmed. And BTW you will survive :)

One of the biggest mindset shifts came when I chose to be grateful that my daughter had more attention from her stepmom instead of feeling threatened. It made all the difference when I focused on her happiness.
