Just Mental Health

In this month's episode, we try to boil down how the ADA applies to mental health issues into just a couple of minutes. We discuss what the ADA is, how it applies to mental illness, and what the Supreme Court had to say in Olmstead v. L.C. Thanks for tuning in. 

Happy New Year one and all. In this, the first episode of 2021, I want to take a look at some of the policy changes that will be coming under President-Elect Joe Biden. Check it out, give it a listen, and feel free to let me know what you think.

Specifically, we discuss crisis intervention training for law enforcement, mental health courts and diversion programs, and reforming mental health care for those already in the prison system.
