I live in the sunlit world of what I believe to be a reality. But... there is, unseen by most, an underworld, a place that is just as real, but not as brightly lit... a dark-side. A place where a Burd will always be watching, where Tofu will rage, and where things that usually lurk when you fall asleep, are roaming and you are wide awake.
In this podcast, I will be sharing my nightmares, talks about insomnia and anxiety, and I may read a story for you, and maybe that will help you fall asleep, and I continue my on going relationship with insomnia.
