Marcus R. Geimer is a german carpenter and pedagogue living in Brasil. His interest is in Human Integrity, which he is exploring in different projects and contexts, such as making natural toys for children, economic education for youth, collaboration trainings in organizations and integrity consulting with individuals.
Marcus approach is rooted in the Intuitive Pedagogy of Pär Ahlbom, and greatly influenced by Orland Bishop, whom he was mentored by over a decade. Recently Marcus spoke at the Intergen Summit during Family Office Association meetings in North America, and became part of One Humanity Institute, a global organization fostering humanity at its best.
This conversation is an exploration of new economic practices, based on anthroposophical understanding of: Which role Liberty, Fraternity and Equality - the principles of the French Revolution - can play for the regeneration of the social organism. The so called Social Three-Folding is a finding of Rudolf Steiner suggesting the progressive independence of society's economic, political and cultural institutions. It aims to foster:
- human rights and equality in political life,
- freedom in cultural life, and
- associative cooperation in economic life.
In 2018 Marcus began designing and realizing economic practices, generating cases with game changing tendencies for our economic reality
Todays guest is Rieki Cordon facilitator at SEEDS - Regenerate Money decentralizing Abundance.
SEEDS is a solution to the greatest crises of our time.
*** if you want a personal invite to join SEEDS, with complimentary SEEDS to get started please E-Mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
It's a digital currency and financial system like we've never had access to before. One that serves, rewards and finances the people and organizations committed to creating a healthier and more equitable planet.
Crafted from systems that reflect the latest in financial, social and political innovation, SEEDS is the web that connects and nurtures a globally regenerative culture.
A financial system by the people for the people ... and the planet!
Seeds are the unit of currency for the SEEDS platform, designed for your everyday use; whilst also being a revolutionary new way to distribute value to initiatives that deliver favourable outcomes for environmental & societal regeneration. So, Seeds is the currency with a conscience!
You can easily convert traditional money into Seeds, use them for day-to-day transactions, online or peer-to-peer and convert them back to your local currency any time.
Seeds are programmed to be intrinsically stable. More stable in fact than government-issued currencies which consistently lose value and most, highly volatile cryptocurrencies.
How? Well, as the SEEDS economy grows, rather than rising demand causing the price of each Seed to increase, transparent protocols maintain a stable value by growing new Seeds - just like central banks create more money today. New Seeds (this extra value from growth) then flow to all people, communities and organisations of the SEEDS ecosystem, based on a variety of contributions (not just wealth!).
Not only that, but these protocols, distributions and initiatives are governed and evolved directly by the citizens of SEEDS.

What does the world require most these days ? A conversation with Sandy Wiggins. Read more below about Sandy's practice, training and overall creations.
About Sandy Wiggins:
Statement of Practice:
Each of us has the capacity to be fully awake and fully alive. In fact, this is what we are called to be from the moment of our first breath. It is our destiny. It is also what is most needed in the world. The stories that dominate our lives, our unconscious beliefs, childhood relationships with care givers, cultural conditioning, and physical and emotional trauma are some of the barriers that keep us from this destiny. Breath is a portal through which we can heal and transcend all of that, enabling us to access our innate capacity to be fully awake and fully alive. As a practitioner, I work with individuals and groups using breath to activate this capacity that we all possess.
I completed the entire Inspiration curriculum and spent many years under the guidance of Inspiration’s founder and principal teacher, Jessica Dibb, and other Inspiration practitioners training as a breathworker. I am certified as an Integrative Breathwork Practitioner by Inspiration and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. I continue to be an active member of the Inspiration Community as a learner, guide and part of an ongoing Bodhisattva circle.
In addition to Integrative Breathwork, I have studied Therapeutic Breathwork, Holotropic Breathwork, and Coherent Breathing. I began my adult life in a monastery, followed by a classical education in Physics and Philosophy. I have been a lifelong student of Eastern and Western philosophies and wisdom traditions and have studied and practiced numerous meditation and transformational techniques over 40 years, including Contemplative Prayer, Vipassana, Transcendental Mediation, TM advanced techniques and the TM-Sidhi program, Zen and Kriya yoga. I have studied Archetypal Patterns at the Assisi Institute, studied the Enneagram extensively including coursework on the Enneagram for Healing Practitioners, and completed the Landmark Curriculum for Living. I have also engaged in a variety of coursework on systems theory with Fritjof Capra and Margaret Wheatley.
I spent many years as a business executive before realizing the damage that was being wrought on life by our current economy, at which point I redirected my life energy toward changing that. I went on to chair the U.S. Green Building Council and helped to develop the LEED rating system and move it out into the world. I also chaired the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE), an organization that is working to create economies that work for all, and have worked extensively as a Sr. Advisor to RSF Social Finance to redirect capital flows in ways that support life. As a student of process and systems, I became an NCI certified Charrette Manager and Facilitator and have worked across the U.S. to help communities in their efforts to become socially just and environmentally sustainable. In addition to my breathwork practice, I also facilitate workshops, communities of practice and retreats focussed on personal transformation, equitable economies, environmental sustainability and culture change.

ShoreLocks mandate is to protect and restore critically eroding coastlines through sustainable, proactive coastal maintenance around the globe.
When sand looses its ability to bind with other sand particles, the result is increased erosion. Thus, hydrophobic sand that cannot bind with water is more easily washed away. ShoreLock promotes that relationship by the retention of interstitial water, facilitating the accretion of sand along the beach.
By promoting hydrogen bonding, a liquid bridge is formed between grains of sand. This liquid bridge increases surface tension and allows natural accretion to occur through tidal wave action. ShoreLock also promotes dewatering below the surface level of the beach to help reduce escarpment.

Josh Whiton is an impact entrepreneur blending technology and business with active care for the planet. The companies, projects, and planetary interventions he serves aim to harmonize society with nature, catalyze a regenerative economy, and elevate human consciousness.
Regenerate The Planet
We need to start regenerating the planet, rather than simply consuming it as a raw material. Our society produces an enormous amount of food waste. Currently, nearly all of it goes to landfills where it rots, releasing CO2 and methane — an even worse greenhouse gas. When instead we turn that food waste into soil, the carbon and nutrients go into the ground, sequestering carbon, while producing the topsoil our food system depends on.
More about Josh: The Projects he created include the transit-tech company TransLoc, for which he was named a Champion of Change by the White House. TransLoc was #5 on Fast Company's list of the most innovative companies in transportation and was recently acquired by the Ford Motor Company. Josh also co-founded one of the first urban farms in the southeastern United States, helping thousands of people each year to participate in a more beautiful food system. His latest intervention is MakeSoil.org
In this episode Julian sits down once again with Simon Fyall, and shares about his experience in Davos2020. Julian shares about his favorite experiences during this powerful week, during which: Marc Benioff , CEO of Salesforce declared that “capitalism as we’ve known it is dead,” and called for higher taxes on the wealthy. The range was broad: At an event titled “2030,” Lucian Tarnowski and his cohort predicted a new golden age of human thriving following various radical changes, such as the overcoming of material wants and broader use of psychedelics for emotional health. And in an official nod to the revolutionary spirit, the World Economic Forum itself, which runs the show, released a new “Davos Manifesto,” for the “fourth industrial revolution.”
Among Julians favorite experiences were:
- The GreenDebate at Hotel Seehof
- Salesforce Lunch and Panel with Jane Goodall, Will I am and others
- Remember 2030 party at #Blockbase
Here is an article in the New York Times about this Remeber2030 Event during which Julian offered a Breathwork and Meditation: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/01/23/opinion/sunday/davos-2020-capitalism-climate.html
The Green Debate, organised by In-Events, did bring together forward-thinking executives and CEOs who share a common interest in sustainable business and development. Panel participants included Erika Karp, Founder and CEO of Cornerstone Capital Group; Ibrahim Al Husseini, CEO of Full Cycle; Thimo V. Schmitt, Director of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at Aurora Europe;
For context, here is an overview of what the official WEF agenda was for 2020:
The Programme for the Annual Meeting did prioritize six key areas:
Ecology: How to mobilize business to respond to the risks of climate change and ensure that measures to protect biodiversity reach forest floors and ocean beds.
Economy: How to remove the long-term debt burden and keep the economy working at a pace that allows higher inclusion.
Technology: How to create a global consensus on deployment of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and avoid a ‘technology war’.
Society: How to reskill and upskill a billion people in the next decade.
Geopolitics: How the ‘spirit of Davos’ can create bridges to resolve conflicts in global hotspots. Informal meetings to set kickstart conciliation.
Industry: How to help business create the models necessary to drive enterprise in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. How to navigate an enterprise in a world exposed to political tensions and driven by exponential technological change as well as increasing expectations from all stakeholders.

Uganda sees 500,000 acres deforested every year with the majority of it going to the charcoal industry, which is an industry riddled with waste and inefficiencies and is ripe for disruption. By implementing cost-effective efficient kiln technology, they are able to increase yields by 4x traditional methods meaning that ¼ of the trees are needed for the same amount of charcoal. Also they designed a Nursery Hub model that empowers local communities to be trained in agroforestry planting of biodiverse tree species on a large scale, helping grow the future supply of Uganda’s energy.
They are a for-profit social enterprise looking to expand our impact through a profitable business model while reversing the trend of deforestation in East Africa through sustainable jobs and disrupting an industry that’s doing massive environmental harm.

You have 100% choice. And, one of the most important choices you get to make in your life is how to align your time, energy, attention and money (your TEAM resources), in service to a life that is truly worth living. Most people get lost here because they don’t know what they actually need, don’t know what they really have to give, and don’t know how to ask for what they need in exchange for what they have to give, cleanly and clearly. Hence, there is internal and external conflict. Or the appearance of lack of choice, which is just not true. This is the Equation for Enough and every person can have it when we are able to get beyond Money Dysmorphia and into the Truth. Getting to what’s TRUE may require seeing and healing your MONEY DYSMORPHIA: the distorted view you may have of Money that causes you to make poor decisions around your non-renewable resources of Time, Energy, and Attention to awareness of the infinite well of resources available to you, knowing you always have ENOUGH.

When Plants Dream with Daniel Pinchbeck: "Revolution is an antiquated term that refers to older political and social arrangements. What we require now is more like a metamorphosis, where we consciously transform our existing infrastructure from within and without, utilising archaic techniques and postmodern technologies to bring about a polar reversal of values and behaviour." Daniel Pinchbeck is an American author living in New York. His latest publications were When Plants Dream and the Occult Control System. He is also the author of Breaking Open the Head: A Psychedelic Journey into the Heart of Contemporary Shamanism (Broadway Books, 2002), 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl (Tarcher/Penguin, 2006), and Notes from the Edge Times (Tarcher/Penguin, 2010). He is a co-founder of the web magazine, Reality Sandwich, and Evolver.net, and edited the publishing imprint, Evolver Editions, with North Atlantic Books. He was featured in the 2010 documentary, 2012: Time for Change, directed by Joao Amorim and produced by Mangusta Films. He is the founder of the think tank, Center for Planetary Culture, which produced the Regenerative Society Wiki. "To realize the latent potential of our digital communications networks, we would build decentralized, peer-to-peer systems designed to be perpetually evolving, supporting social coordination, making easy and hyper-efficient to share skills and resources. Politically, we would establish something like a functional anarchy, based on nonviolent Satyagraha principles, to supersede the current system of military and corporate control. New social technologies would train people to make effective decisions together, based on consensus methods as well as ongoing referendums." - Daniel Pinchbeck, How Soon Is Now?

Angeline Chen co-founder of The Art Rising. Their mission is to bring about through art social change and environmental impact. The Art Rising was founded in 2015 by Angeline Chen and Kyle Block. It is a project to create bridges across cultures, explore our collective consciousness and give back to the World. From Kyle and Angeline: " We begin by traveling to a region in the World . We seek out indigenous artists to support and collaborate with. We learn about the social, economic and environmental circumstances in that region and how we can give back. Our art is an exploration of the mysteries of our existence. How are we connected across time, space, culture, language, and experience? How can we utilize this momentous time of knowledge, imagination, technology, resources and change to empower positive action? How can we inspire art as a tool for transformation into a more healthy, peaceful and just World? Our latest project is called Samaki, a collaboration with Burmese, Thai and Khmer woodcarvers. It inspired us to build an artificial reef in the Gulf of Thailand and build a playground in a Burmese Refugee Camp. We will continue building sculptural reefs and visiting refugee communities to develop art installations that can provide farming, free energy, internet, education and art. We will continue developing new projects by visiting new regions in the world to begin the process again."

This is a short Interview with Lucy Martens and Olivier Girard, two of the co-founders of Le Ciel Foundation. As a foundation they have created a movie called THE TWELVE - The Twelve is a feature length documentary that gives a voice to wisdom traditions through the words of twelve Elders. They share important messages that we can all benefit from in these troubled times. Learn more here: http://lecielfoundation.com/the-twelv... The film will be published in June 2019, for now enjoy some of the insights Lucy and Olivier share during the interview, which we filmed at a private screening in Mill Valley, California. ______________ more about the Movie description here: In November 2017, twelve highly spiritual Elders from wisdom traditions around the globe agreed to gather at the United Nations in New York City in a council called The Council of Twelve and Above. Setting their cultural differences aside, they conducted a unique ritual in complete unity on an ancestral point of concentrated energy. The United Nations sits on this point. Each Elder holds a specific quality. The combination of all twelve qualities through this ritual enabled the Elders to lay out a new energetic matrix in which humans can live in love and harmony with themselves and planet Earth. At the end of the ritual, the Elders send their collective vision and intention to the source of all Creation so that it can manifest in our reality in time to come. The Twelve is a feature length documentary that gives a voice to wisdom traditions through the words of these twelve Elders. They share important messages that we can all benefit from in these troubled times. These words of wisdom are shared by indigenous traditions from all over the world, most of which have never been in contact with one another. Their ability to connect to this level of knowledge enables us to understand our essential nature and change the way we inhabit the world. By reflecting on our behaviours and state of mind, we actively participate in implementing the new paradigm the Elders have created for us on the spiritual planes. These Elders are not renown or famous spiritual gurus. They are humble individuals taking part in a very important ritual because they hold a specific quality. The Council of Twelve and Above was the result of a vision that dozens of people all over the world received through meditation or rituals. Members of Le Ciel Foundation were among these people and decided to make it happen. The Elders were found through an active process that included meditations, initiations and rituals within different wisdom traditions, research, networking and a very large number of synchronicities. This film is not about the story of the search for the Twelve, but about thanking these incredible Elders who decided to travel for thousands of miles and unite to create a better future for all humans. This film is about giving them the opportunity to speak their truth and let the world know about what they did for the benefit of all. It is also about highlighting how wisdom traditions can be an amazing source of inspiration and solutions for ourselves and our modern society.
