To round off our coverage for Tactical Masters, the newest Build-a-deck set releasing on August 26th, 2022, we’re covering Valiants. Valiants are a pendulum, column-based archetype focused on having both players engage in a strategic duel utilizing positioning of their cards.

Part two of our Tactical Master Series is Labrynth, a trap focused deck based on grinding out the opponent’s resources with recurring and diverse trap cards and monster effects! Tactical Master drops on August 26, 2022. To lead up to it and build some hype, I’m going to do an archetype breakdown for each of the new themes to give everyone an idea of what stands out and what needs some work. To kick off this mini series, we’re covering Runick, a Spell based Mill deck.

Speed Duels has gained a lot of momentum at the tournament and casual levels. It is a format that feels akin to older times both in strategy and nostalgia. However, Speed Duels is deceptively tricky and in this episode, I tackle some of the things you NEED to know to deck build properly and what to play around.

Dimension Force introduced a lot of new things to the meta game, Therions, new Albaz support, Pendulum shenanigans. But what about Scareclaws? Ain’t no laws with the Claws right? Lets take a closer look at an archetype that was overlooked by all the other hype and see what it can really do.

With the new set, DIFO, Libromancers got their second wave of support which drastically changes the direction of how the deck can play and operate. We go through all the new support and how the deck plays and what cool tricks the deck can do moving forward.

The Abyss Story, also known as the “Albaz” storyline has been an ongoing theme for the past couple years now, with new parts added each set. This is part one, covering Rise of the Duelist and Phantom Rage

Libromancers are TCG’s newest archetype from Battle of Chaos and while we only got a handful of cards in their initial release, this new ritual deck has some potential. We break down the cards, look at interactions, and see just how these new kids on the block perform.

Happy Mother’s Day! We are a couple weeks away from Dimension Force and there’s a lot to unpack before the set drops. What are some good cards? What should you be hunting for? We are two weeks away from one of the better reprint sets to hit the TCG market. While most people did the box openings and the ratios, Set Five Pass took the time to view and break down what’s coming in this set and see what it means for all players, casual, competitive, and collector.

It’s that time of year again. We’re back at the ban list season which means it’s time for all the cool and exciting ban list predictions to come rolling out. Giving the success at YCS and Regionals, there’s a lot of talk buzzing on some common themes in the meta so let’s see how they stand up.

Dinomorphia was an archetype we got in Battle of Chaos and it is the purest definition of the saying, “I don’t care what my life points are, as long as they are not 0”. I cover the experience of playing 3 versions of this deck over the course of a couple weeks. In addition, got some good updates about master duels.

Last week, we got a taste of what may be coming to speed duels in the next couple weeks, after months and months of waiting, the GX Speed Duel box is upon us and with that, a shake up to the speed duel meta as a whole.

Piggy backing off last week’s episode, were diving right back into a brief analysis of Yugioh’s Column-based decks. This week, looking at Mekk-Knights and Weather Painter.

Valiants are coming to the TCG in June of 2022, to help bring in the new column craze, I’m making a series of videos looking at all the column decks that have existed in the Yugioh game currently. First up: S-Force and Magical Musketeers.

Master Duels has taken the Yugioh community by Storm! Today I’m looking at the interface and how it’s laid out as well as talking about some thing that could be a bit better.
