Episode 44: Setting Our Relationships Up for Failure

Hello, everyone

today I share my thoughts on how chemistry, feelings of love, and rainbows and butterflies are used as the foundation for long lasting relationships. The truth is, in my experience, relationships need more than feelings of love and fireworks. Love changes overtime and love requires for us to show up daily, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Episode 32: Lea

I had the pleasure of sharing with Lea on this episode of the podcast. Lea is a mother, sister, friend, artist, teacher, encourager, advocate, and lover of people. On the episode, Lea shares with me the journey she's been on for some years now, and tells me what is felt like to navigate unknown waters as she struggled to find out why her body was suddenly so sick, the challenges of getting a diagnosis, and the work she had to do in order to begin her healing process. Episode #7: Carla Renee

On this episode, we spoke with Carla about spirituality, surviving challenging situations in her life and finally getting to a place where she is no longer afraid to own space and speak her truth.   "I found god in myself and I loved her, I loved her fiercely" (Ntozake  Shange), is Carla's life mantra. As a visionary, entrepreneur, certified spiritual practitioner, advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, her work is in direct response to her journey towards cultivating wholeness and abundance in her own life and the desire to see other women live truthfully and unapologetically.   Carla is the co-founder of The Love Collaborative, a foundation started with her sister that is committed to giving back and spreading love in her community. She also is the owner of Lune Sol Botanica and Blue Lotus Property Preservation Group.   If you are interested in connecting and working with her, visit her Facebook group Sacred Womb Wisdom.
