  • How your belly, chest, and head each feel when you reflect on this topic?
  • The emotions that you can associate with these visceral feelings
  • The positive or negative impact of any stories you believe in regarding this topic
  • The fact that many others are feeling similarly about this topic as you
  • How you might feel with increased awareness around this topic?
  • When you can apply increased mindfulness to this topic in your day-to-day life?


Practice it when you have 20 minutes in front of you to bring back calm and awareness in your life.

Tout ce que l’on ne vous dit pas en Occident...

Ou que l’on ne prend pas le temps de vous expliquer parce que tout le monde court...

Pour juste bénéficier de la pratique physique du yoga...

Il y a bien plus dans le yoga, c'est une science, ne l'oubliez pas...

Donc une science ne s'arrête pas qu'au physique mais à des processus bien plus complexes 

Nous sommes des êtres de chairs ET aussi des êtres d'énergies...

On dit souvent : oh aujourd'hui je n'ai pas d'énergie"...n'est-ce-pas? Pourtant ce n'est pas palpable...

Il ne faut pas nier cette part d'énergies qui est en nous et que nous devons réapprendre à ressentir pour améliorer notre santé

Il ne faut pas croire que nous ne sommes que physique...

Il faut croire à ce Soi 

Et pour croire en Soi, notre conscience, il faut réapprendre qui nous sommes pour ressentir, à nouveau, et travailler dans l'union de notre corps, de notre esprit et de notre âme, car ils constituent en fait tout notre ETRE. C'est l'objectif du Hatha yoga.

Oublier une de ces parties, engendre un déséquilibre et un déquilibre à terme créer la maladie car nous n'avons pas su ressentir et écouter ce que notre corps, esprit et âme avaient à nous dire...
