We are back with another episode. its just the two of us this episode going over what has been happening in our lives recently. we talk about matt training with our former navy seal buddy Chad Williams from ep.34 . we also talked about the very controversial "fight" or hugging contest between Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather. we also go over Devin's very eventful Memorial Day. What a rad episode this was. This has been a long time family friend of Devin and his family, you have probably seen him if you are on any platform on social media. This is the world famous Jay Brewer of Prehistoric Pets in Huntington Beach California. Jay has been in the reptile game for over 30 years, and has created a pretty good name for him self in the reptile world. He has been able to travel all over the world to see the most exotic reptiles and their habitats. Jay has a background of a very successful self taught business man from commercial fishing, to running a pet store, now running a pet store and exotic zoo. By no means was this road he created easy, and happen over night. Jay has put his entire life into making "living the dream" a reality. We were very excited that he was able to invite us to the zoo for an amazing interview and behind the scenes on what it takes to make this place run. George Turner, owns Penuel bikes in Inglewood California. He is a California Native and brought up and raised in Inglewood. This was an awesome episode sitting down with a business owner, learning the ups and downs of doing business in America, better yet finding a passion and turning it into a life. Devin and Matty met George, in February of 2020 gathering a group of guys together and teaching them how to ride mountain bikes. George has a very extensive group made up of extremely strong road bike riders, yet a good majority of them never took it off road. We had high hopes of getting this bike school off the ground, then a virus put a halt on our dream. Back on the road, this time heading up to the Beautiful Lost Coast of Northern California to the small town of Arcata. We had a pretty rad opportunity recently, to head out to Salt Lake City Utah, meet up with some few buddies, record a couple podcast and have an adventure. What an awesome episode, this one was one for the books 3 guest on one episode. We headed up to Northern California for this weeks episode, to meet up with Eli and Dougie from Muertos Coffee, along with Brian Centoni from Bay Area Firefighters for their mens health shave off event. We also had our good buddy Brian Centoni from Bay Area fire fighters, giving us insight on working together with all the California Fire Departments, helping build media with Fire and showing our favorite term " Fire Porn" on social media. Brain is an active fire fighter as well, but has moved into a roll, helping with Fire public relations, building a drone program to help fire departments on scene and much more! this was a very fun episode, we will for sure being doing some follow up series over the year with all of these guys.

What is up, We had the honor this week, to bring on one of our long time friends and very special guest. Former professional freestyle moto athlete, Rider for Nevada Hardcore, metal mulisha  retired, Now you might hear him in stadiums and shows all around the world announcing moto our buddy Kenny Taco Bell. Back on the road with another fun episode, This weeks episode Matty and Devin Found them selves in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of Central California, hanging out with their good buddy Mathew Jenkins, Aka Mateo. We had an amazing time hanging out with Mat at his families Friesian Horse ranch, learning about the horses, even got to show Devin a good ole fashion middle of the night Vet Run. Our buddy Mat is a retired United States Coast Guard Veteran, we learned about his life in the coast guard and different ventures he as started since the military. What made Mat a pretty influential person was creating horror/thriller/improvised movie quality weapons. Mat had a huge fascination with the Walking Dead, which lead him to changing the path of his Company Praetorian Ventures to a new line of weaponry. In this episode you learn about Mats huge calling to give back to our veterans, starting programs for help, and really trying to make a positive influence in our veteran community. Mat is constantly looking for new partners with his projects. I think as you listen to this episode, you will find the extreme human qualities and compassion we learned about Mat. We are back, with our very first on the road podcast! Thats right the boys from Just Another Failure Podcast took it on the road, to the great state of Idaho!!! He is a warrior, He is one of our Veterans who served and gave his time for our freedom. Matty does really like Douchebag luggage, and found out they have created an absolutely ridiculous creation with suitcases for an insane price.  Speaking of Boujee needs, Matty decided to talk about how he does have some high end needs when it comes to travel, how he does not like to travel unless its first class HA! This would not be a podcast unless, we do touch upon some current events. The presidential debates was an absolute disaster, so we decided to do a short recap, but add some humor to what happen during the yelling fight. Overall we do fully support , along with 69% of the rest of the united states for Joe Rogan to moderate the next presidential debate. Having talking about joe rogan doing the presidential debate, we could not ignore how Spotify is trying to block Rogan on his first amendment rights, add trigger warnings, be able to edit content as they feel needed and much more! This is absolutely ridiculous and we have to maintain a stance on freedom of speech, especially on Podcast. Devin had to inform Matty, how he found a pretty funny coffee size battle between Starbucks and Tim Hortons! The NFL has finally done something pretty funny, They decided to use a very very popular comedy TV Show, and put all the characters of the TV show in the stands at the Denver Broncos Game as cut outs! life on social media is not as Glamorous as everyone makes it out to be, finding out "influencers" are using a fake private jet for social media post, to show they are "living the life". There were some pretty good cooking fails we talked about on this episode and Matty severely burning his fingers while cooking, Also Devin decided to try and Cook, his girlfriend was so excited she filmed him cooking to show her friends. Were back with another Failure Episode, Matty has been a little busy with work over the past month. He thought it was slowing down but it picked up again mid month. He ended up in the Great State Of Alaska, Further more Yakutat Alaska. Matty gave an overview of the primitive life in south east Alaska " the last frontier", if you will. He talked about the wilderness, and some of his great outdoor adventures. We talked about some of todays funny head lines, How a girl in Oklahoma was pulled over after telling the police she was speeding because she had to POOP!  Well that was not all that she had to do! Devin caught us up on his bike race from a about a month ago at snow summit, and the over all results between him self and Alex. In This episode, we touched briefly on the upcoming debates but not becoming to political. We talked about how great it would be if Joe Rogan decided to moderate one of the presidential debates. Matty and Devin are back , after a few weeks off from recording. Matty Has been busy with his normal Job flying, and away from the studio not able to record. Devin had some pretty decent amount of work as well. Life has been crazy, Devin has been worried thinking Matty was going to disappear off the face of the earth since he flew to the infamous Bermuda Triangle for work. This was Mattys first international trip, since March 17 so he talked about what it was like to have some "normalcy" in his life working. He talked about the the excessive amounts of COVID testing he had to take to even travel and while traveling. We talked about David Blaines latest Stunt Ascension, Where David Blaine Held onto 50 Giant Balloons like the movie up, till 250000 feet till skydiving back to earth. We got into a good conversation about what international travel is like on a small level, with COVID going on, How tourism countries are still trying to have normal life, even though travel is pretty much 95% down. Devin went to the river, Lake Havasu for labor day weekend, let us know what the river life was like for a holiday weekend. He talked about how pretty much Lake Havasu river, is now just Trump River. We got on a topic on how some NFL players have some weird interested in the bedroom, that has been treading on the internet. Got into the conversation, how the west coast of the united states is absolutely on fire and the complete disaster happening. We talked about how a gender reveal has turned out to be a complete fail starting a massive gender reveal. Had a throw back moment how a family tried to do a viking lake family burial for their father, but accidentally blew his body up on a lake. On top of all the craziness 2020 has brought us, there was a man Flying around with a jet pack off of LAX. In funnier news, we have found out that they have already shot and finished filming Borat 2! However 2020, brought that the Kardashians are now calling it quits with their tv series to the world. Yet Travis Scott, has his own hidden secret meal now at Mcdonald's, but the employees are not stoked about this, now they have been overwhelmed with everyone ordering "Cactus Jack Sent Me".  Hope you guys enjoyed this episode, thank you for your patience as we have been a little delayed getting content out. EP.11 Devin and Matty, decided to give you guys a little opener into where we started. This is actually our very very very first episode we ever recorded. We wanted to give our listeners a real good view on where we started. Now there is no video for this episode, we had a camera but we had some failures getting the video to work. However we managed to get audio, We always debated if we ever wanted to show this episode. Matty has been back flying recently, and Devin has been busy with work, so we got a little back logged getting our latest episodes released. After some thought and conversation we decided we could release some of our unreleased content and keep our viewers happy with our weekly releases. In this episode we talk about how we came up with our name, different names we thought about calling our podcast, we went over who we were, we talked about some recent life adventures of early 2020 pandemic days. We value all of you, and we want to make sure we keep content steady and flowing. please comment, subscribe and give us feedback.

On ep. 10 Devin and Matt bring back their good buddy Alex Hamer from ep. 4 "Hamer Time." The boys start out by talking about the big mountain bike race between Devin and Alex and have some good back and forth with some trash talking. Alex also talks about his hair dying process and how he went from dark hair to bleached white hair. Alex also talks about his recent trip to the river. The boys then talk about how Florida is releasing genetically modified mosquitos to attack the normal mosquito population. They also get into how Alex is a huge conspiracy theorist and his thoughts on the moon landing. Alex also talks about how he feels that something strange is going on in Antarctica. Matt then goes off on the fires that are happening in northern California and goes off on the government and gets way too political for Devin and Alex. That somehow lead the boys into talking about how we stole the land from the Indians. Matt then talks about his struggle of getting his computer fixed. Then they talk about how matt crashes and Indian wedding. After that they bring back the "would you rather" segment. They finish off by talking about the time Devin tricked Alex into eating chocolate laxatives. 

Episode 9 Matt and Devin are back with just the two of them in the studio. on this episode the boys talk about the heat wave that has hit southern California and the record breaking temperatures that have happened in Death Valley. They also talk about how Matt was having a tough time talking and mumbling his words and also mispronouncing other words. Then they get into talking about the Netflix show "[un]Healthy." They talk about a body builder who thinks there are health benefits from breast milk. that leads them into talking about the essential oil craze and how people can solve health issues by using essential oils and crystals. Devin and Matt also talk about an NFL rookie who was caught sneaking a girl into the team quarantined hotel. to finish it off they introduce a possible reoccurring segment of the popular game "would you rather."

In episode 8 Matt and Devin talk about Matt's recent travels to Oregon where he went and helped out his buddy and tracked elk through the back country with Deep Timber Outfitters. they also talk about Matt's run in with a bear. The boys also talk about talk about the mountain bike race that Devin and and episode 4 guest Alex Hamer are going to do very soon. They also get into what it was like doing pre Covid events and what they are looking forward to doing when the pandemic lets up. That leads into the boys talking about wanting to get back into travel and some of the best travel experiences they have had. That includes matt going to getting stopped at the boarder in Germany and Devin going zip lining in Costa Rica. Matt and Devin also talk about what it would be like to win the lottery and some life lessons that can come with that. They also get into a game where you have to get ride of one of four famous comedians and all their work and who they would decide to keep. Lastly they talk about who would win in a stand up comedy battle between Matt and Devin 

Ep.7 was a good time, it was just the two of us back on the podcast after 3 weeks with some amazing guest. Devin and Matty decided to get into a pretty in-depth detail about some of their not so glamorous jobs they held in the past, while enjoy trying to keep up top notch customer service with difficult customers. We also laughed about some good times we had during these jobs, how they created some of our charter on who we are today. Definitely are not going to say these are the worst jobs you could have in the world, but for sure not the greatest. Then again who would we be if we didn't have some of these great up brining skills, working odd jobs and just surviving. Life is not always easy, it doesn't often give us the exact dream opportunity all at once, we have to dig down, pay our do's and work for it. Though out this episode outside of our past employment, we talked about what it was like having guest on a podcast, why we enjoyed having guest, and what we are looking forward to. We jumped into a little detail on our thoughts with the Beirut explosion, and different crazy fires and explosions that have happen all around the world in current events. Devin brought up, how Netflix does an absolute amazing job when editing trailers, to rope viewers into the most ridiculous shows out there. How you can see a title and maybe think eh, yet the preview will have you grabbing a box of popcorn and holding on for the adventure. Over all we had a great time in episode 7, excited for upcoming episodes and bringing you guys more content to laugh about. 

Episode Six, Devin & Matty bring on there long time friend Jon Cantrell. We dig into who Jon is, his background and what he I all about, Jon has various backgrounds in the sports industries, from basketball, to extreme sports now and digging into the Golf industry. Jon owns two different companies " Take Pride Basketball" and " Take Pride Golf". Jon gives us a background on what his basketball means league is all about, upon talking about his time spent growing up on the courts, holding records at high schools and different leagues in basketball, also his once rad game he was able to play against Kobe in Venice Beach. During the Kobe conversation, Devin also brings up a very unique experience meeting Kobe Bryan, also getting to hang out with him a little bit at and element skateboard fashion show. During episode six, we also open up Jons latest venture of coming into the Golf industry about a year and half ago, making products, but focusing on Golf Gloves. He's explained the challenges, and also the rewards about getting into golf a little later in his life, then starting a brand. Jon is a very self driven, motivational character, we had an all around pleasure being able to talk to him on the show, learn about starting up companies, branding, and much more. We had a lot of fun talking about a lot of our past travel together as a group, different events, and tournaments we went to around the country and world together, definitely a really fun episode. this was our first time bringing a brand on the episode and we must say we really enjoyed every bit of it. 

Episode 5, we brought in one of our good friends, but also the most interesting man in the world. The Haaman, now his name is more than just a name it is a lifestyle. He comes from a common background in Aviation like Matty, He is a corporate pilot and been with the same owner for over 30 years. He has years of experience and wisdom in life, travel and pretty much any topic you can come up with him. He is an OG local from the LBC (Long Beach) learned about the good ole streets of Long Beach , pre snoop era. We talk about how Haaman convinced a very exclusive resort in the Maldives, to do a Resort wide screening of straight out of Compton, While doing this, The Haaman meet, and started exchanging  pranks with a very prominent Formula F1 racer. We have some deep life lesson moments, The haaman will be a reoccurring Guest with us, we are very excited to have him. Let us know what you think.

Well, we got a little too excited, we started just going off on the mic, being funny, having a good time in episode one and two. . However we completely forgot to introduce who we are. In Ep.3 you guys will get an introduction to who Matty and Devin are. A little bit about our past, where we came from, what we do outside of podcasting, overall the type of guys we are. We talk about some pretty funny topics, Such as Dog psychic, Coney Island hot dog eating contest, Devins family members like Matty more then him from YouTube and social media comments HAHA! Huge win for Matty here, we talk about some current came shows that are on TV right now, how older game shows were far better. We are two guys very new to the Podcast scene, we are learning everything we can along the way. The basis of our content is more about our failures in life. We will be talking about the grit of life, getting kicked down, denial, losing jobs, losing money, but how we deal with the tough failures. How even in your very worst days you can see the light. Our podcast is based on a comedic background, we like to laugh at our selves, roast our selves and all around have a Good time. This is a pretty Raw uncut episode of us Figuring out how to podcast, some life lesson stories, But our main focus is to have a good time. We want our viewers to tune in, and get an escape from the chaos of the world. Our goal is to not get too political, but at times it will happen. If you are offended, we'll grow up, we do not aim to be mean, we are joking around. If we get political and you do know agree with us, we'll get over it, we have the lovely freedom of liberty to have our opinions to.
