Navigating Stress & Anxiety

Navigating Stress & Anxiety

Join me and my friend, Sandra, as we discuss college applications, making the "right" decisions, and navigating stress, anxiety, and our mental health in school! We know firsthand how stressful college is. Both Sandra and I live a very high functioning anxious lifestyle and we are constantly busy, but if college taught us one thing it's that your mental health and wellness comes first. We tackle navigating this space as a Black woman in a PWI (predominately white institute) and what those spaces look like for us in terms of achievement and Black excellence.
