Healing Frequency Meditation For Pain

Healing Mindset For UC, Crohn's, IBD & IBS with 528 Hz Binaural Beats
Let go of the believe that this body is broken and damaged. Stop judging the body with anger and frustration. What if we can have the diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s, IBD or IBS but also not accept the prognosis of that label? Instead of visualizing the ulcers in our intestines, we visualize perfect healed tissues? What if each time a thought came to our awareness that didn’t feel good, we changed it to a thought that felt better? The top 3 contributors to resisting healing are sub conscious core beliefs that we may not even realize are there. “I am not enough”, “Who do I think I am?” and “I don’t deserve”. When we can release these beliefs, we will realize healing on multiple levels. Then, when we add in the frequency of "Transformation and Miracles" (528 Hz Solfeggio, Binaural beats), we move away from Fear and into Love. One of the most fascinating aspects of the 528 Hz frequency is its potential to repair DNA.

Cultivate Abundance with Prana Nidra (Background Music)
Take a journey deep within where we will remove all blockages in the energetic body that are stoping the flow of abundance

Throat Chakra Healing with Yoga Nidra
The chakras are energy centers that correspond to nerve bundles and major organs in the body. Each chakra is like a spinning wheel, collecting the energy from below it and raising it higher until it is caught by the next chakra and circulated. When all chakras are open and flowing we experience health and well being. But our emotions, stress and tension from everyday life can block this natural flow of energy. Just like we need to clean our external world, our house, our body. We also need to attend to our internal cleanliness, meaning our emotions and our energy. So today’s practice is like a spring clean for our inner world, beginning at our root chakra.

It's easy to get caught up in the drama all around, to be pulled off center. Use this meditation to push the pause button on your day and start over. Heart Chakra Healing with Yoga Nidra
A few signs that we need to heal the 4th chakra would be:
Physically, we may experience a lowered immune system such as colds, flu, infections, heart and lung issues, poor circulation, high/low blood pressure as well as breathing difficulties.
Emotionally, when Anahata is blocked, we may experience:
Shyness
Loneliness
Depression/Anxiety
Find it hard to forgive
Lack empathy
On the other hand, if our heart chakra is overactive, we may notice:
Dependence on others for fulfillment
Jealousy
High expectations of others
Harsh judgement of self and others

Third Chakra Healing with Yoga Nidra
A few signs that we need to heal the 3rd chakra would be:
Physically we may experience digestive issues, eating disorders, ulcers, diabetes, issues with the pancreas, liver, and colon.
Emotionally, when Manipura is blocked, we may experience:
A lack of trust
Excessively worrying what others think of us
Low self esteem
Seeking approval from others
Get stuck in the victim role
Form unhealthy attachments to people in our life
By focusing our attention here, we can step back into our power. Remembering our true nature, our value and purpose.
The chakras are energy centers that correspond to nerve bundles and major organs. Each chakra is like a spinning wheel, collecting the energy from below it and raising it higher until it is caught by the next chakra and circulated. When all chakras are open and flowing we experience health and well being. But our emotions, stress and tension from everyday life can block this natural flow of energy. Just like we need to clean our external world, our house, our body. We also need to attend to our internal cleanliness, meaning our emotions and our energy. So today’s practice is like a spring clean for our inner world, beginning at our root chakra.

Rise and Shine Morning Meditation
Life is stressful, but morning meditation can help! There is no experience necessary at all. Simply sit or lay in any way that is comfortable for you and follow my voice. The act of meditating causes the pituitary gland in your brain to secrete endorphins. They make us feel good, emotionally and physically. Meditation also enhances activity in the area of your brain that’s associated with positive emotions and experiences. Some studies suggest that meditation helps combat depression and anxiety, while others say that regular meditation may even improve pain tolerance.
This meditation can be used at any time, but is most powerful first thing in the morning. Take some time to breathe and awaken gently with this peaceful meditation. You deserve the gift of your total awareness. Even better, try waking up to this everyday, for one full week. Then let me know about all of the changes you start to see in your life.

Calming Anxiety
This 10 minute meditation will bring you back to center, back to deep peace within. Simply follow the breath as we guide it deeper and deeper within. First we find balance between the inhalation and the exhalation. Then we gently lengthen the exhalation to shift our nervous system out of Fight & Flight and back into the parasympathetic side, the rest and relaxation side. Take your time and be easy with yourself. Over time this technique will be a tool to quickly let go of anxiety and welcome peace once more.

Today’s practice is the second in the Chakra Healing Series. A new series of meditations for us to take a journey together through the chakras to uncover healing and wholeness. Finding where we feel stuck and welcoming movement and freedom into our minds, bodies and life. In today’s practice, we will focus on the 2nd chakra, the sacral chakra. Any time we feel stuck or rigid, this meditation can reawaken our emotional intelligence and assist us in finding flow and ease once more. Signs our second chakra is blocked: we get lost in fantasies, excessive indulging and addictive behavior, we feel a lack of fulfillment, we experience negative and destructive emotions and codependent behavior. As well as a blockage in our creative flow. (writers block)

First Chakra Healing with Yoga Nidra
This meditation is designed to bring awareness and healing to the first chakra, as you drift off to restful sleep. In today’s practice, we will focus on the first energy center of the body, known as the root chakra. In our last practice we learned about sensing our hands. Today’s practice takes this a little bit further as we sense different parts of our body. Our task is going to be sensing different parts of our body, noticing sensations, so we can peel away tension. So take a brief pause from your day to let go of stress and tension.

I am not looking to cure your grief, I simply want to support you through it. Although we may not have control over a break up, divorce, or death occurring, we do have complete control over the thinking that follows. (even if it doesn’t feel that way) We CAN create an experience where we fully feel the grief and desire healing, or we can become a victim of the pain and suffering. The choice IS ours. Yoga Nidra for Shoulder Pain (no music)
The body is constantly giving us messages on how we can help it heal. Shoulder pain is no exception. When we bring awareness to all levels of our being instead of simply focusing on the physical body, we are able to find healing much faster. This meditation will bring awareness and attention through all of the koshas. Like peeling an onion we will dive deeper and deeper within to uncover the message our shoulder pain holds for us. Once we acknowledge the emotional root cause we can take steps to resolve these emotions. This is based on the work of many throughout the years. Specifically, the book "Messages from the body: Their psychological meaning" by Narayan Singh Khalsa as well as Louis Hay's book "You can heal your body".

Yoga Nidra- Finding Peace in Challenging Times (background music)
Simply follow my voice on a journey deep within. We will begin by finding stillness, then move to awareness of subtle movements happening within the stillness.
