Even at times like these, do not show any intention of attacking, but first let the attacker become careless. At that time attack him concentrating one’s whole strength in one blow to a vital point and in the moment of surprise, escape and seek shelter and help." As a historian he also gave us a great deep dive on the history of Japanese martial arts and Karate in particular. It's a fascinating and long episode so dive on in! The sound quality isn't quite where we would like it to be as we recorded this on Skype (our first shot at it) and did a little technical work to smooth it out. Hope you all like it. please get in touch with all your comments and questions.
