The Medical Aspect of the Social Security Act for the “political subdivision of the State”

The Medical Aspect of the Social Security Act for the “political subdivision of the State”

This episode discusses the different medical insurance eligibility requirements for the State to receive funding. Who usually qualifies under the political subdivision of the State and how the Act entraps the State into attacking itself against its own “political subdivision,” little do it knows or cares about, in order to receive funding fraudulently. ***Note correction*** I said, misdemeanor, but I meant for “felony.” However, either or doesn’t mean “human being.” The statute are written against mostly county and agency “body corporates/corporates/entities,” which causes the most harm against the public/human beings.

Count or Save Your Anchor Numbers!

Count or Save Your Anchor Numbers!

This episode discusses how Anchor has docked my "unique listeners" numbers, from the previous episode. For Anchor, you need to have 50 unique listeners, but if Anchor is going to deduct your listeners' count; then it will take longer for you to get to 50. Therefore, make sure to document your unique listeners on a regular basis to make sure that you're not getting shorted!

Be Careful About Wannabe Banks!

Be Careful About Wannabe Banks!

This episode gives you a list of shady entities. Forget about using "employer debit cards" for your direct deposits! Forget about using these pretend banks that are using your personal information for their employees' and the entities benefit. Run, don't walk!

Be Careful About Giving Your Personal Information

Be Careful About Giving Your Personal Information

This episode is about be careful about giving your personal information, especially to others individual/s who does not give their personal information about them or their families. It doesn't matter if they are claiming to be government employees, organizations, corporations, or etc with no proof of their claim nor can we the public verify anything about their incorporation, obligations, lawful authority or etc. All of their oaths are hidden or under false names that do not match their own full legal name. We do not know how any businesses or organizations are incorporated or what purpose their federal employer identification number or state employer number is used. Again this information is hidden. The process is tedious and long to find out the truth. Even cities, states, counties, towns, or etc can all get social security numbers, federal employer identification numbers, and their own state employer identification numbers for whatever

We All Have Human Rights!

We All Have Human Rights!

This episode discusses a short update, talks about staying strong and not giving up or feeling hopeless. Briefly discussing systems of control to make or treat others as inferior, whether these individuals are working in government, at your job, or etc. Discussing how different corporations, agencies, or etc pretend that their corporation, agencies, department, company, or etc are monarchs against other companies or the government, individual/s, society, or etc., which is not true. Regardless, of how anyone tries to make you feel, don't give up, stay strong, and your birthright and your family matters, we are not anonymous or invisible. And none of us are worthless. Everyone has their own gift or talent! God gave us the resources to have the basic necessities, like food, water, shelter, or etc., in life; however, there will be others who believe and strive to make sure none of have it. Why? Who knows, I'm still trying to figure that question out, but continue to have faith. I know it's hard, but keep trying and hopefully, people will wake up and realize the truth.

Be Careful About Buying these Specific/Special TLD (top level domain) domain names!

Be Careful About Buying these Specific/Special TLD (top level domain) domain names!

This episode discusses how the majority of TLD (top-level domain names) aren’t valid. You will have some difficulty trying to secure your websites with an SSL certificate, especially with the free Let’s Encrypt Certificate. I have been dealing with a few TLDs, where the WHOIS’s privacy is being active on my domain name when I have specifically requested for the WHOIS privacy to be turned off. When requesting to turn it off, the domain registrar usually will state that it is off on their end, but the main company controlling any domain ownership online lookup are blocking who is the actual owner for the domain name. For example, if you have bought the “.news” TLD, the company “Donuts, Inc” www.iana.org/domains/root/db/news.html has its own “Whois lookup” and their company is illegally restricting information without the consent of the domain name owner. I have filed a complaint with ICANN (https://www.icann.org/compliance/complaint), but this process is a waste of time. The registrar that you may be dealing with probably does not have a valid contract with ICANN, like other registrars, who do not change companies or their names, which do not match the actual contract agreement with ICANN. Go Daddy is probably one of the few valid domain registrars available in these United States of America, which shows we somehow have to do better and try to be supportive of companies and small businesses probably struggling against the other monopoly of companies because they can price everything so low, which is tempting, but when there is an issue, you might have problems. Do your research ahead of time, which is a lot to search through the endless list of alleged valid domain registrars. It is not even worth wasting your money on anything, other than the “.com or maybe.net” Other TLDs that I have had issues with are “.info and.org” controlled by “https://afilias.info/“ basically worthless again, sorry! Based on https://icannwiki.org/.info, .info, “ICANN approved Afilias's application to be the registry operator of .info on May 11, 2001.[8] The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) entered .info into the Domain Name System (DNS) root zone on June 27.” For the organization behind “.org” it's the “Public Interest Registry (PIR) and Afilias” and they have their own “whois” too at If you believe you have a legitimate interest in accessing non-public WHOIS data please submit your request to WHOISrequest@pir.org. ICANN is going to help them, not anyone else. No one should have to go back and forth with these “Registries” who have used public funds to pay for this private membership, that controls the whole worldwide web for basically free.

Getting “Listeners’ Support” from Donations on Your Anchor Podcast

Getting “Listeners’ Support” from Donations on Your Anchor Podcast

I just discovered yesterday about the "Listener Support from Donations" on your Anchor Podcast. This section is not available on the Anchor App, but once you have logged into your Anchor account under the "Money Section/Menu," you will have to scroll down and it is the section, after Sponsorships. Here is the link, giving more detail about your listener supporters, help.anchor.fm/hc/en-us/articles/360007452031-Listener-Support-accept-monthly-donations-from-your-listeners. This option is currently only available in these United States of North America and Anchor has a partnership with Stripe to process these payments. Also, note Anchor states that, "If you’ve used the ‘Music’ tool to add copyrighted songs to any of your episodes on Anchor, you won’t be able to enable Listener Support until you have removed all music from your existing episodes." In addition, it appears that the donations are set to be recurring, so if you want to cancel any recurring donation; then you would have to contact Anchor. Anchor list the tiers that are available, which can be as low as $1 per month, $4.99 per month, or $9.99 per month. So, even though, the listener support is only available to podcaster in these United States of North America, you can still receive or you listeners can still support your podcast on any continent.
Additional important notes stated on Anchor's website:
"Supporting a Podcast
To support a podcast from its Anchor profile, click ‘Support this podcast’ at the top of the page.
What to do next:

Choose the pricing tier you wish to use. Current options are $0.99, $4.99, or $9.99. All of these will renew monthly automatically.
Enter your name, email address, and card information (or, pay with one tap if your device has Apple Pay or Google Pay enabled).
Click to pay at the bottom of the screen.

Note: You won’t see the option to support a podcast if the Anchor creator hasn’t enabled Listener Support for their podcast. If there’s a podcast you’d love to support who hasn’t done this yet, let them know! We’re sure they’d love to hear from you.
After signing up to support a podcast, you'll receive a confirmation email from Anchor. If at any time you want to cancel your subscription, just click the link in your original confirmation email to update it or you can contact Anchor Support and they will help you get your subscription canceled."
Having listeners supporting your podcast is another great option, while you are building up your listenership to reach the targeted goal of "50 unique listeners."

Always, thanks for tuning in and turning it up,
Kargaletta Lolita Davis

My Anchor Podcast Update

My Anchor Podcast Update

This is an update from my first Anchor episode and the process up to date. Started with 4 listeners and now, there 18 listeners. Based on Anchor’s analysis, approximately 66% are male listeners between the ages of 45-49 and about 33% of female listeners, which might be the 60 and over listeners 🤣. Go figure!Approximately, 94% of my listeners are from these United States of North America and about 5% are from the United Kingdom. So, thanks to all who are interested and trying to be supportive of my podcasts, I really appreciate having more than one listener! Currently, I only have 8 out 50 “unique listeners,” so the progress for discovering or learning exactly who, what, where, and when you will have the “50” is a mystery. The podcast platform called, “Breaker” is taking the lead for my audience at 38% of listeners, Anchor’s platform is around 33%, Spotify’s platform is about 16%, Apple Podcast’s platform is about 5%, and lastly, the web browser is about 5%. As always thanks for tuning in and tuning up the volume, Kargaletta Lolita Davis

When You May Feel Frustrated If Someone Tries To Block/Hide Your Message!

When You May Feel Frustrated If Someone Tries To Block/Hide Your Message!

After cross-posting on Reddit, which is sometimes encouraged/recommended by Reddit if you are creating a new community, I noticed twice yesterday that my community group called, “EnlightenedTopics” was blocked from showing a couple videos, in two different communities. One video was one that I created and the other one was a video of police kicking a bunch of homeless people out of the park and pushing them around, ripping up their tents, and the people were trying to protect their belongings. For both videos, I believe that there wasn’t a valid reason for trying to block the videos from my community page, so this podcast discusses those issues and discusses issues about individuals, representatives, or people claiming to be elected ignoring your voice, making serious efforts to silence your messages, and refuse to respond/assist with any of your grievances against the issue/s.

What Happens When Someone Cannot Use Google’s Play Store?

What Happens When Someone Cannot Use Google’s Play Store?

This episode is about a situation that I still currently dealing with on my Android unlocked phone. Since, I use my other phone, which is an iPhone, right now, I decided to use my SIM card in the iPhone. I usually keep all of my older phone, because either I have pictures, documents saved, notes, or etc, but I noticed a serious issue with my older unlocked Android phone. I noticed that I was basically blocked from using the “Google’s Play Store” and could not log into my Android phone. I also wasn’t able to update any apps from the Play Store without receiving an error message. Furthermore, I had turned off the two factor method from my Google Account, because I thought this was the issue. After turning off the two factor, I still was not able to log into Google’s Play Store, at all! Anything concerning Google’s Apps we’re all unusable. I could not log into or use YouTube, GMail, Chrome, or Play Store. I deleted the account on my phone and tried to reinstall, nope, it would not allow for me to even put the Google Account back onto my phone. I was definitely shocked that I was restricted with my own phone and because Google Play Store is the only place on the phone to download different apps, those apps are still controlled by Google’s Play Store. So there you have it! Be careful about the serious level of control to the point of preventing you from using something that you are the owner.

The Issues of Using iCloud's Storage Space on iPhone's

The Issues of Using iCloud's Storage Space on iPhone's

This episode is about dealing with the issues that I have been dealing with for running out of space on my iPhone. After getting a notice on my iPhone about running out of space, due to my pictures and videos that were taking up approximately 19 GB of storage. I decided to purchase the iCloud's additional storage space to relieve my iPhone of the swallowed up memory being used.
After purchasing the additional iCloud space, the uploading time, for the amount of GBs to be uploaded, was taking over a couple days to upload and constantly pausing, after a couple of hours, during the upload. Since, the uploading time was dragging on too long for me, I decided that I would try to upload the rest of the pictures and videos to my computer or to a USB type of storage to relieve my iPhone from running out of storage space. However, uploading to a Window's operating system became a challenge.
Number one, because I was trying to upload my photos and videos to my Window's 7 operating system, plugging the iPhone into the computer did not update to the correct drivers, if those drivers were available (note: I do also have a the Window's 10 operating system, but since I have been dealing with problems on the Window's 10 operating system, such as, freezing and moving too slow this has gotten better with the recent Window's 10 update [almost slower than dial up], I have been using the Window's 7 to complete any work).
Number two, for the photos videos that I was trying to import to the Window's 7 computer, the correct filing extensions for Apple, such as the AAE and HEIC fi, do not work for Window's media player, so you would have to use a different media player to see and hear the videos.
Number three, in order to download your photos and videos correctly onto your Windows computer, you would have to download iCloud's software, specifically for Windows and the specific version for your operating system. After downloading the iCloud software, in order to, download your pictures and videos onto your Windows computer, you would need to upload all of your photos and videos to iCloud, before you can download the photos and videos to your computer. If you do not want to upload all of your photos and videos to iCloud; then the option to download your photos and videos to your computer is not an option anymore.
Number four, if you have decided not to use iCloud anymore to store your photos and videos anymore; then you will have to delete the photos and videos already saved to iCloud's storage within 30 days; however, deciding to close your iCloud storage or delete anything saved to the iCloud storage might lead someone back to the same issues of uploading all photos and videos to iCloud's storage, in order to delete or download the photos and videos uploaded. In order to delete or download any photos or videos in iCloud's storage, you will have to upload all the rest of your photos or videos that iCloud does not have uploaded, already, in this storage space.
Number five, the only other option that you may have is to delete the photos or videos that are taking up too much storage space; however, the option to ever transfer photos or videos to your Window's computer, a USB, or external storage space will not likely be an option.
Number six, another issue with the iPhone's storage space is the lack of capability to delete any type of cache saved from the different apps on your iPhone that is sometimes unnecessary storage space that can be used. Usually on Android phones, the capability to delete the cache is not that difficult, but with the iPhone, I have not seen this capability yet or option, which if you a lot of different apps on your iPhone, every app will be using space to save settings, updates, and etc., but all of the updates on your iPhone are not being deleted, just using up space.

Sharing Some Insights about Using Anchor’s Podcast Platform

Sharing Some Insights about Using Anchor’s Podcast Platform

Yesterday, I created my first podcast on Anchor’s Platform. After, doing some more research reading the questions and answers, there is some additional information that should be noted: 1. Anchor receives approximately a 30% cut, which helps with hosting the podcasts, assistance with marketing to their partners, and etc. 2. The 50 listeners have to be “unique listeners,” which I do not know for sure what that means, just yet. 3. Lastly, just because you have shared your podcasts with family, friends, or other platforms, do not get discouraged if no one wants to be supportive of your mission. Also, remember that according to Anchor’s website, Anchor states that they will try to assist you and already, my podcast is on two podcasts platforms with the help of Anchor. So, don’t give up and continue to do what you love, regardless if anyone wants to be supportive. Keep trying! Don’t forget to follow me on this journey. Thanks for your support and eardrums, for a minute. Your Truly, Kargaletta Lolita Davis
