Taking a few minutes to breathe some thank you’s into the body. Gratitude can be a funny word, sometimes keeping us locked into thinking we shouldn’t want more, other times reminding us of what we don’t yet have. Listen to this mindfulness episode to connect to the intimate space of thankfulness in your body in the present moment and breathe some calm and softness into your beautiful heart. Big Love 💜
How can we learn to breathe with triggering sensations in the body? Can we come back to a loving, accepting place while we stretch our emotional capacity to sit with difficult or strong emotions? What is a trigger? Let’s spend a few moments breathing together and leaning into trusting ourselves.
So often we seek to find the places within us we want to shift or change. Let’s take a few moments together to wrap ourselves in a blanket of bliss. Only your breath is needed and a willingness to see that you are Loved exactly as you are.
When the mind seems like it’s grasping out, reaching for something external to soothe but nothing feels quite right. It could be an invitation to come into the present moment, into your body where something may be trying to release, or to be felt and listened to. Come home to your body.
Receiving Love, bigger than we have allowed ourselves to before can feel so scary... we hold ourselves back from experiencing it. Thinking we are not enough or the fear makes us believe it’s something we shouldn’t allow in. Let yourself dream and imagine what it would feel like to have that opportunity, that love, that good feeling place, trust yourself and tip toe into that new place. (Or jump right in! T R U S T your heart, you got this, YOU are your path.) Big Love sweet souls!
The breath is our gateway to entering the present moment. To relieve anxiety and depression we can begin to focus on the mind on where we are right now. To know we are so loved exactly as we are, right here, right now. Breathe with me beautiful soul!
