Lacey is one of the shining lights in the fitness industry and truly one of the kindest people you will meet. Shine on Fit recently celebrated their one year anniversary and Lacey's journey is an inspiring one that you do not want to miss.

Holly is a fire wife, mom to three beautiful children, a pediatric cardiology nurse practitioner and a stylist with Park Lane Jewelry.

I am so excited to be welcoming my friend, Lisa Yu to the show today.

Lisa has always dreamed of being a writer and publishing books. She has a master's degree in Elementary Education and taught kindergarten and first grade for 6 years before becoming a full-time mom. She believes in treating children with respect and dignity, and embracing their curiosity of the world. They should be given the facts and guided to understand the world around them, for one day they will be adults. She feels passionately about sharing this message and hopes that her books will make a positive impact on children and their families.

The goal of My Parent's Job Children's Series is to showcase jobs and explain them on a level a child can understand. The books are meant to bridge the gap faster in a child's understanding of why a parent leaves for an extended period of time to go to work, (especially where professions keep parents away at night), and what they are doing during that duration. It is expressed in a way where a child feels proud of their parent, and come to an understanding that it's something they must do, while loving them all the while.

I am so excited to be welcoming my friend, Ty Beard to the show today.

Ty is in his fourth season as a member of the Baylor Basketball staff and currently serves as the Director of Video Operations. He has more than a decade of collegiate coaching experience being a graduate assistant for the Bears, the associate head coach for Oklahoma Wesleyan University Eagles and an assistant coach for John Brown University Golden Eagles prior to becoming the serving in his current role.

Originally from Midlothian, Texas, Ty is a Baylor Graduate, husband, and father of two. He comes from a hard working (and humble) family and it is that same work ethic and desire to serve others that I believe got him to where he is today.

He is coming off a huge National Championship celebration with the Baylor Bears and I am thrilled to have him join me to share a little bit more about his journey. Ty, first of all congratulations, and welcome!

Sarah is an entrepreneur, wife and mother of three. She has successfully run a thriving business for over 20 years with Tippi Toes franchises across the world. She is an author of her book Destined for Greatness, a speaker, podcaster, accountability coach, shoe designer and creator of seven children's music albums. Sarah appeared with her business partner and sister on season 2 of Shark Tank. She is passionate about helping women successfully run their business while balancing her family.

Sarah is engaging, inspiring and desires to share the practical tools that allowed her to reach her big dreams so that others can do the same. Sarah’s journey in business has made her very relatable and she wants to help others in their business life, as well as in their marriage and family.  Living outside of Nashville, Tennessee with her family, Sarah is the wife to football executive Adam Nuse, and mother to her three children: Lucy, Lola and Hank.

I am so excited to be welcoming my friend, J.D. Wood to the show today.

J.D. Wood returned to Dallas in February 2020 to become the Director of Business Development & Events for the Dallas Sports Commission where he will pursue strategic growth opportunities and partnership efforts for the DSC and manage the event team.

The native of Onalaska, Texas returns to Dallas after most recently working as the General Manager of the Panama City Beach (FL) Sports Complex / Sports Facility Management. There he was responsible for business development and overall supervision of the complex that included the event bidding process and contract negotiations.  Wood served as the Sports Sales & Event Manager with the Dallas CVB Sports Marketing department (now the DSC) from 2012-13.

Wood received a bachelor's and master's degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University. Since his graduation, he has had the privilege of working with some of the best in the sport tourism industry including stints with the City of College Station, Dallas CVB, National Senior Games and Texas A&M Athletics.  J.D. has had the opportunity to work on events like the Games of Texas, NBA All-Star Game, Dallas Cup, Cotton Bowl Classic and the NFL Super Bowl.  Additionally, Wood serves on many national sports tourism industry boards such as Sports ETA and Event Connects Sportology Conference and was an Assistant Lecturer for the Texas A&M Sports Management Department.

When he is not working or volunteering, J.D. enjoys spending time with his wife, Cherish, and their daughters, Kennedy and Everly.

Lisa is passionate about Jesus, a dental hygienist, wife of an educator, mom of two precious boys, lover of Africa, and a liver transplant survivor! Her personal mission is to glorify God through the testimony He has given her, raise awareness for organ donation, and forever honor and carry on the legacy that her donor and hero, Courtney Ray Sterling has given her through the gift of life.

Jose is a Texas native from Corpus Christi, a catcher for the Texas Rangers and a dad to the cutest little boy.

He is a servant leader in every sense of the word and has been honored with several awards on and off the field.

I met Jose during his time in Minor League Baseball and two of the things that stood out to be the most was his heart and his work ethic. He was recently honored by the Rangers for the 2020 Richard Durrett Hardest Working Man Award. And the amount of things he does to serve not only the DFW Community but also his hometown is amazing.

I am so excited to welcome my friend, Meagan Denny White, to the show today.

Meagan is a Wife, Mom of 2, coach and former professional softball player.

Meagan is originally from Crowley, Texas, a two-time Texas State Softball Champion, she was the first member of her family to attend college and was a standout athlete at the University of Texas. Post college she competed in the Pro Fast Pitch Extreme Tour and finished her career with the Chicago Bandits.

She has set numerous records on the softball field but what stands out to me most about Megan is her love for others.

I am so excited to welcome one of my good friends and Director of Athletic Marketing for Belmont University, Jennifer Johnson to the show today. 

Prior to joining the staff at Belmont University, Jennifer spent three years with the Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. In her capacity as Director of Marketing, she spearheaded the organization's marketing strategy and managed in-game entertainment.

During her tenure, the RoughRiders won a Golden Bobblehead award for Best In-Game Entertainment and were nominated for a SAMMY award at the National Sports Forum. In addition, Johnson served as a mentor for the MiLB LIFT program and was on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Influencers in Sports & Entertainment.

She is one of the kindest people I have met and her work ethic makes everyone around her better.

I am so excited to welcome my sister, Kimberly Gabrysch, to the show today.

Kimberly is a Wife, Mom of 2, Entrepreneur, loves to travel, and mentors thousands of women daily.

She is a retired middle school teacher and was recognized as first ever US Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Nu Skin in 2020.

Breon’s resume would tell you he is an experienced Assistant Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry.
