When compulsion is driving your eating, all the willpower in the world isnāt enough.
Thatās because even though you *logically* know that you DONāT want to binge, all that logic is overridden by that strong, mysterious force compelling you to binge.
So once the food urges creep in, all your logic and willpower donāt stand a chance against deeply-rooted compulsion.

How this š§ Psychologist Broke the Binge Cycle in a Few Days (After spending 8 years in 12-step programs, and even more time dieting)
As a psychologist, Hannah knew āwhat to doā but didnāt know āhow to do it.ā
She hit a low after she had tried years of dieting to lose weight, only to gain it back again.
She also spent 8 years in a 12-step program trying to overcome her binges and compulsive behaviors with food.
Nothing worked.
