Success what does this mean to you?
Is it money in the bank, your next big adventure or having that baby you have been trying to have.
We are all different and our successes are measured differently we don't all want the Lamborghinis or the big flash houses. We want to run off to the movies in the middle of the week with our significant other while everyone else is at work.
What does success mean to you and how do you measure it? How do you celebrate it? Do you help your friends celebrate their successes?
Maybe we should do a bit more of this on a daily basis for ourselves and others.
The story so far........
You can write a book about your past quite easily but looking forward maybe a bit more difficult.
Do you want to repeat the past? Or do you want an exciting future filled of all the things that you only ever dreamed of or put off because you got married, bought a house, had kids etc etc etc

Over the years this has helped me to heal past relationships with people and to understand what the lesson is that they have taught me so that I can move forward and be a better person. And I hope that this has also helped many other people if life.

Reason Season Lifetime is all about the journey that we are on with the people that come into our lives.
How long they have stayed and what they have taught us.
If we can look past the hurt that may be caused by them leaving we will then uncover what it is they taught us about ourselves and why their journey in our life stopped e.g. what did we learn?
Take time to listen to this and then have a few minutes out to identify who has walked into your life and what they taught you.
You wont regret it.
What are the six most basic fears that we as humans have?
How can we overcome these fears?
What do we need to do to live a full life?
Today I discussed FEAR using the ones outlined in the book Think & Grow Rich by Napolean Hill.
I myself have been struck by fear - doing these podcasts was one that I had to get over. But we cant let these fears rule our life. So if there is some small snipet of what I share that helps you put your fears behind you and lead a full life - than me getting over my fear of podcasts and "putting myself out there" have been worth it.

So what is in a smile?
How does a smile make you feel? HAPPY?
A smile has so many benefits not only to us but to other people as well. If we can make one bit of difference in someone else's life that makes them smile back and for the briefest of moments feel happy about them self and life in general than to me that is a good day.

This is the biggest struggle to the start to my day - having that moment of silence and quietening down the voices and thoughts of my brain.
Listen to this podcast and as long as you are not driving try to quiet your brain with me for 1 minute!!!!!
It may not sound like a long time but when you are struggling to control your brain its thoughts and the laundry list of jobs it will come up with in this time you will see that my struggle is real.
But like life I am going to commit to overcoming this on a daily basis as I follow my morning routine.

FAITH - Wow when you read this word what emotions does it bring up for you?
Is it religion? Does this challenge you and what you may believe about me for using it?
One word brings up a lot of feelings but for me its about knowing who I am and what I want to do in life and knowing and believing in myself to get it done. Have the FAITH or BELIEF in myself and constantly reinforcing this on a daily basis to get to where I want to go in life.

This episode is all about Self Confidence.
For some of us self confidence is something that wasn't given to us in younger years, and as we age and go through many challenges in life this can be knocked around even more.
The thing is that we can build this in ourselves, while also building confidence in others. This will then build more confidence in ourselves and its like the "Perfect Storm" - it just builds and builds and builds until its surrounding us and changing our life.
