Nathan Santos catches up with her to talk about what inspired her to write, her writing projects, and how her passion has helped her overcome tough times. Towards the end of the podcast, Myra performs her poignant and powerful poem "My Depression Speaking".

Ronald Fernandez, CJ and Josephine Bautista also share their literary works and talk about how writing has been beneficial to their mental health.
