In this episode, Keith sits down with Registered Dietitian Vincci Tsui to discuss intuitive and mindful eating. Vincci encourages us to stop dieting and start building a healthy relationship with food by trusting our intuition to let us know what, when and how much we should eat. Today Keith connects with Laurie Duperier, who has written a book about her very special relationship with her dog, Gunny.
