Happy new year!

Hey guys! This one is kinda short one, but I need your help! I’m considering having a conversation with my friend who has just started studying English. And the purpose of having this conversation is to share her episode so that you can incorporate some of her tactics that she uses, and if we deliver that episode in Japanese, probably you can practice your listening! The only way to send a comment is download Anchor and send me a voice message! Peace out!

#15 How to differentiate Koko(ここ), Soko(そこ), Asoko(あそこ), and Mukou(むこう).

#15 How to differentiate Koko(ここ), Soko(そこ), Asoko(あそこ), and Mukou(むこう).

Hello guys!

I found that many japanese learners struggle with this ultimate question about the differences of Koko, Soko, Asoko, Mukou.

Since those words sound similar, discriminating those words is little bit fallible. But once you muster them, you will ascend your japanese skill little more further!

#7 Illness, sickness (how do you say you're sick?)

#7 Illness, sickness (how do you say you're sick?)

Hi! This is Key!
Today's topic is about illness! It might be quite a random topic, but since I kinda caught cold, I thought it is a good opportunity to talk about it.
First one is Netu ga aru(熱がある), and the second one is Kaze wo hiite iru(風邪を引いている) not 風! be careful with this one! And the last one is Atama ga itai(頭が痛い) or Zutuu ga aru (頭痛がある), and as I mentioned, do not say Zutuu ga itai (頭痛が痛い) because it is redundant.
If you have any question, download Anchor and send me a voice chat!

#5 How to introduce yourself (where are you from)

#5 How to introduce yourself (where are you from)

This is Key again! Thanks for sticking with me!
On top of this episode, I want to make this clear that instead of saying "America Jin Desu", you could also say "America Syussin Desu(アメリカしゅっしんです)". The difference between those sentences is the first one is basically saying I am American, and the other one is saying I am from America."
I'm sorry for adding this information in here, but both of them can deliver the same meaning where you are from.
I hope you enjoy this episode!
