Sometimes we got to check in and realize that now is not forever. That where you are at mentally and physically is not a permanent. What you are going through is not your fate. You will grow, to will fight, you will win. Beause that's who you are. You're a fighter! Keep going and realize you're ok. You're ok to be you. You're ok to have your own back. You're ok to love you... You are stronger than you give yourself credit for.
