Your purpose in life isn't monolithic - you find it once, and boom. All your problems are solved & it never changes again. I like thinking of it more like a compass, that keeps moving and guiding you along the way towards fulfilment throughout your life.
We have this myth about purpose being is important, and that we need to find it, to help us be truly happy - but is this really true? Do we really need a big purpose to our lives? In today's episode, we explore this idea and whether it's really as vital to our happiness as we might think.
