Net Carbs: What Are They, How Do You Calculate, and Why They Matter.
How do you calculate net carbs? In fact ... why do we even care about net carbs? Are you confused by terms like "macros," "net carbs," "sugar alcohols," and other words that sound like you're back in science class? Wondering what the difference is between net carbs and total carbs? What carbs can you subtract from your totals? Curious about sugar alcohols ... and which ones you can subtract out and which ones you shouldn't? What is fiber and how does it impact your carb count for keto? Wha are the common pitfalls in figuring out the carbs that count and the carbs that don't in your keto diet?  Here is the short answer: for keto, you generally want to keep your daily net carb count at 20 grams or lower.
