People talk themselves out of their dreams and aspirations never let those people talk you out of your dreams and aspirations. Sometimes these negative people can be contagious. You're above that minimalist thinking. Think bigger, go after your dreams and let nobody stop you.

One of the best ways to take action on your goals, is to grab the pen and paper and write down your ideas, your questions, and your answers to those questions. Compile all this data and meditate on it, keep adding to the important questions that you need answered. Eventually you will manifest your goal quicker than you think you can.

Primal movement sequences

My favorite form of exercise is primal movement sequences. With this type of exercise the body doesn't get a pattern overload which causes muscular imbalances. These natural movements stimulate the lymphatic system. They could be used as cardio, strength, endurance, Pilates, or yoga. This is a universal way to exercise. It is unilateral, heart healthy, joint healthy, synergistic and creative. The sequences and poses that I constructed are meant to complement each other. Excel to a level where you can transition through the sequences seamlessly with fluency. Keep progressing, your awesome!

People often do not realize the power that they possess because of what goes on in the world, because of the distractions, the unhealthy food, the cognitive biases. I ask myself. If they knew the possibilities would they put in the effort to bring those possibilities to life? Are they too comfortable, too complacent, or too afraid? Afraid of the type of success that is closely with in reach? Afraid of the responsibility? Why do people have a lottery ticket mentality, when their chances of hitting the lottery are too slim to fathom. There is no amount of overtime in this world that you can work to make that type of money. However, your chances of getting what you deserve by starting your own personalized business are higher, and more realistic than ever before.
