Season's Greetings! This is a holiday episode inspired by the Pacific Northwest Ballet's performance of the Holiday classic,  "George Balanchine's The Nutcracker." Mostly from Act II, couldn't help myself concocting a tea-inspired afternoon tea menu full of sweets and delight.  Sharing and drinking tea is the perfect catalyst to conversation to any celebration, so why not surround ourselves with what we love and enjoy - mine is baking for others to enjoy or for eating myself! The tea industry isn't innovating fast enough.  The silver lining is in small specialty boutiques and purveyors scattered all around-the world.  Yet the largest actionable task is to continue to be educated about any industry and making empowered and conscientious choices to where our mission and values align.  I, Naoko, find something similar to the nascent US auto industry to the tea industry.  How about you?  Curious to know which tea companies you love and why.
