In this true-crime-focused episode, Clodagh and Courtney talk The West Memphis Three, Columbine, The Black Dahlia copycat murder and other notable cases where alternative music hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Clodagh explains her childhood fear of Marilyn Manson, Courtney nerds out over psychology and Dr. Spencer Reid, and our favourite emos revisit the myth of the Cult of the Black Parade.

Courtney and special guest host Dani delve into the distant past: the year was 2004, on a website called Quizilla, and the fanfic 'I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love' tells the story of a devastating love triangle between Gerard Way, a girl called Rain, and Frank Iero. Find out what kind of girl 14-year-old Dani thought Gerard and Frank would fight over and see the prophetic predictions she made 15 years ago.
