When you reflect back on your childhood and lessons you were taught, can you say that every base was covered, or are there things you wish you knew now as an adult, lessons, and advice that would aid in better decision making. Sometimes it's difficult to keep the spark in a relationship when you are not connected with your partner. In this episode, we discuss how to recognize the signs of becoming disconnected, and how to get connected again.

As we continue to face injustice from the government, we are also confronted with police brutality that leaves hundreds of families with one less loved one, and now is the time to speak out and say that enough is enough.

Often times life gets in the way of keeping friendships above water, but where do the boundaries of friendship lie? Telly and I have conversed about the types of friends we have and the relationships that come with them. We similar and different views of when a friend no longer is to be considered a friend, but listen in and also leave us comments on your views of friendship and how long you feel you can go without talking to them to still be considered friends.
