What an amazing conversation I recently had with Mimi Kroger! She is an author, speaker, nationally certified personal trainer, nutrition guide, and behavior change specialist with a passion for health and wellness. She directs her clients toward healing rooted in a relationship with the Holy Spirit through the wisdom, guidance, and comfort He provides. Mimi enjoys being a mom to an amazing adult son, and she resides in Colorado with her wonderful husband and tenacious Yorkie named Hugs. Mimi Kroger began her life in Brooklyn, New York. The child of immigrant parents from Italy and Argentina, she lived the life of an American with old-world roots influencing her day-to-day life. At a young age, her family moved from New York to the beautiful mountains of Colorado. Her life took a dramatic turn in 1993 with a lupus diagnosis culminating in a kidney transplant 21 years later. Her relationship with Christ gave her the grace to fight, and as she became more intimately acquainted with the Holy Spirit, she began to heal. Health issues inspired her career as a group fitness instructor, nutrition guide, and personal trainer. Receiving healing has spurred on her calling further as an author, speaker, and behavior change specialist. She is compelled to bring life, health, and wholeness through what she has learned, both spiritually and professionally. EPS 46 Memorial Day - From a different perspective
Welcome to another episode of Let Fear Bounce! I decided to go solo for this one and share a story I wrote several years ago for a speech. I was asked to speak for three different towns at their Memorial Day Ceremonies. To say that was humbling is putting it lightly. It was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect with blue skies, puffy white clouds, and patriotism. Of course, there were parades, of which I was able to watch or participate in, give my speech and rush off to the next town to be on time to do it all again. It was small-town America at her finest.   The following episode is the speech I shared on that special Memorial Day.

ESP 40 Mid-life crisis/adventure with Chris and Moose!
Chris McQuillan is trained as an electrical engineer and has worked in project management for several social housing providers. He has also worked in the charitable sector, fundraising on behalf of several non-profit organisations and charities. He has recently published, Chris and Moose's Waggy Walk; Crisis on the Coast Path, Part 1 available on Amazon. At the age of forty-two he decided that the time for his mid-life adventure/crisis was ripe. He grabbed a tent, rucksack, and his trusted companion Moose, to begin a coastal walk around mainland Britain.  Something Chris tells him self is 'Feel the fear, then do it anyway.' It's something passed onto him by an a-level maths teacher in 6th form. He's uttered it under his breath at every significant event, choice, or interview since. It may be considered a bit of a corny trope, but for Chris, it's a reminder that fear should not be vilified or controlled, it's an ally and something we should all be comfortable feeling. It's OK to feel fear, and it's natural to be afraid or filled with doubt. The trick is to take a deep breath and plunge in regardless. Find out more about Chris and Moose at
