The podcast is back! J. Joly was in the Seaway Studio to talk about his film production company, Branded To Film. His company will produce feature films from screenplay to final editing and hopes to make Kingston a premier filmmaking destination.

Kevin Coffee (coffeyrunner on Instagram) stopped by the Seaway Studio to discuss the Mile2marathon (@mile2marathon on Twitter) running group that he is starting for runners of all ages and skill level. Mile2marathon is a running and social group. 

Ted Sheppard dropped by the Kingstonist studio to talk about life in Kingston and his culinary project, which you can find on Instagram, shepdecuisine. 

Had an opportunity to speak with my long time friend and former colleague Nancy Hunt or Nancy Slater as she's know on-air. We talked about her career and her time in Kingston.

Documentary film maker Dale Morrissey discusses the fascinating hockey career of Kingston's George Patterson who scored the very first goal in Toronto Maple Leaf history. In 2016 Morrissey directed a film on Patterson's career entitled; Hockey's Lost Boy: The rise and Fall of George Patterson.

@TheMissEmily dropped by the Seaway Studio to talk about her upcoming Facebook Livestream concert on Saturday June 13 at 4pm ET. We also talked about how her professional life has changed over the past few months.

Norman Musengimana (@munorma) dropped by Venture Club to talk about growing up in Rwanda and his life in many other countries. Norman came to Canada and YGK in 2017 to attend the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. As a result of his time at Queen's, Norman started and now operates Bizskills Academy which helps young entrepreneurs and others gain access to the workforce.

In the first segment we talk about the Frontenac's (@KingstonFronts) upcoming season and some great events that they will be holding over the course of the season. During the second segment we discuss Justin's journey with mental health struggles as a result from his time serving with the Canadian Military.
