Kintsugi Talks
By Saroya Brown
Here I want to bridge the gap in having conversations about God, Mental Health/Illness, and everything in between whole also showing that what you consider to be broken and/or imperfect, God sees as a masterpiece.

A Long Time Coming | Update
I can't make any promises for consistency, but what I can do is show up with authenticity. Which is what I hope you guys are able to see for every episode of this podcast I've done so far. The reason I started this podcast was to be a safe space for not only myself, but for others to know that their struggle is not only their own, and that there is people who are willing to stand with you and for you in your situation; whatever it may be.
If you guys have topics you'd like me to discuss for future episodes, you can submit your requests here.

A New Season
Dating isn't easy for anyone, especially those who live with Mental Health/Illness issues.
I'm now single for the first time in a good while 😅 and there has of course been some challenges that have come along with at, as well as dealing with deep seated emotions/feelings that I'm now allowing to come up to the surface and work through that I've kept hidden.
For those who come across this episode, I hope it not only brings comfort to those who may be in the same boat as me, but also some knowledge gained by people who weren't made known of things of this nature before.

I hope that whoever NEEDS to hear something like this does, and for my listeners, that you spread awareness by sharing this episode and having these kind of conversations with your friends and loved ones. Because if we don't talk about it, it will remain a stigma.

Solitude, Loneliness, Isolation | What are they and how they affect us
I'm not perfect by any means. Everything I have said mentioned in this episode I'm still learning to practice for myself. One of the many reasons why I decided to create this platform was so that I can share my own journey in my deepening with my relationship with God, my mind, body, and soul.
I hope you all are able to gain some new found knowledge and more importantly the encouragement and confidence to implement these practices into your every day life.

Broken and Redeemed with John Jarman
With no memory of his childhood till the age of twelve, John Jarman had no conscious way to overcome the unknown pain in his past. When his adult life crumbled around him, he finally reached out for professional help, both emotionally and spiritually. Over the next ten years, this inner work lead John to places he—and his counselor—would never have expected.
As John moved closer to God in the process, the storm hit harder than ever, taking him to his knees.
Discover how John got up and, by the grace of God, walked through the storm of his life and strengthened his faith through completely surrendering to his Heavenly Father. As John learned and shares in this book, trusting God and becoming vulnerable are the only way to true freedom.
In his book Broken and Redeemed, John shares a story of beautiful, authentic brokenness that rests in the redemption only found in God.
