We have many different roles in our lives which might include son, daughter, mother, father, grandparent, sibling, godparent, colleague, manager, friend, coach, mentor and so forth. But are we the same person when we are in each of these roles? Of course, we might modify ourselves slightly depending on who we are with but overall, how authentic are we in being us?
