My guest this week is Rhiannon Bates from the UK. For Rhiannon bullying in the workplace turned her into a nervous wreck. She struggled to understand why bullying from her bosses and colleagues, their passive-aggressive behaviour and unreasonable demands were acceptable and why HR did nothing about it. At one point Rhiannon was suicidal. Now she helps other women build businesses they love, ditch imposter syndrome and show up for themselves.
