EP6 - Francesca Mussi - about printing techniques, exhibitions and life as an artist

EP6 - Francesca Mussi - about printing techniques, exhibitions and life as an artist

In this episode, we have a long talk with with Francesca Mussi. Her practice may start out from the idea of printmaking, but it goes way beyond that. She interacts with the space, with myths, with her own body. Navigating the site-specificity of the places she inhabits with her work, she shows a print of what that space means.

Francesca's work will be shown 17-24 July 2020 at K.L.8 in the exhibition "beauty/?".

EP3 - Claudia Holzinger - about photography and beauty/ugliness

EP3 - Claudia Holzinger - about photography and beauty/ugliness

In this episode, Sandra and Dilum have a nice little chit-chat with Claudia Holzinger. Claudia’s work immediately captured their eyes by the campy and honest attitude that was clear in her photographic work. Examining different aspects of her goofy personality, she shows herself at her best; wether it is in the form of her father in an FC Bayern tracksuit or dressed up in costumes she ordered of Amazon.

Her work will also be shown in the show “Beauty/?”.

For their first interview, Sandra and Dilum interview Matthias De Wolf. Mattias is a sculptor who will be showing work in the exhibition “Beauty/?”.
