Menses should be discussed, cz it's neither a lady's problem nor it's a family matter, it's a societal matter & something which has a lot to teach about. Girls should know about menstrual hygiene, women should know how to handle menses issues, boys should know how to treat girls with attention and affection when they're on their periods & men should know how to pamper menstruating girls in that time of the month. With this thought I present this episode to you, I hope my message gets conveyed to you appropriately!

A widely discussed topic which I wanted to address upon since a long period. Thought of sharing my thoughts & views on this, do let me know how it was?

It is need of the hour to talk about mental & emotional damages. Everyone had something bad in our past, but the problem arises when we hold it on, when we let our past affect our present, when we decide to continue to suffer because of those effects. Our life directly depends on the choices we make, choose your career & life partener wisely. Laughing or smiling doesn't tell how happy you're, to be happy you should remain positive. Know my views on the topic through this episode & do share yours!
