Fitness hasn’t just been something that has allowed me to lose some weight and be more healthy, it has totally changed the entire outcome of my life and has been the single thing that has lead me to where I am today and put me in the current life situation that I find myself.

I am excited to dive into the stories that come along with how fitness has truly changed people's lives, and am even more excited to have the opportunity to share those stories with you !
