She is a lover of exploration, nature, and plants, some would call her “La Loca de Las Plantas”, however using “Plant Mother" is just the same. She is a woman of magic, a crystal collector, and deep in her bones, she is a Sanadora de Shakti.
In 2015, Traci began to feel this shift within that forced her out of her comfort zone and into the unknown of healing. Her journey of healing hasn’t been easy, and many times she felt hopeless, but she kept going because somehow she knew there was a lighter place she deserved to be.
In June of 2019, Traci went to a yoga teacher training which became the catalyst for her spiritual awakening. Since then, Traci has become a certified Vipassana meditation practitioner, ventured into the world of herbal and plant medicine, and has opened her heart to continual improvement within.
One of the many goals Traci has set for herself is to help heal the collective; because in her heart, she feels if we all come together as one, slowly removing the layers and masks that hide our scars, we can take fear from the equation and see one another through the light of love.

8. Photographer Ayo Oguseinde Discusses How Creativity Increased His Empathy, Compassion, & Awareness
Experiences shape the way Ayo Oguseinde sees life, and he’s no stranger to adapting to new environments. As a young boy, Ayo moved to a small town in East Texas from Nigeria and was thrust into a contrasting life. This experience molded who he is as a person and birthed his approach to interacting with people and reading energies, both in front of and behind the lens.
Curiosity led him to photography, and since his start in 2017, his work has been featured in eleven fashion publications.
Ayo is a truth hunter… a story seeker. He believes imperfection is beauty and values vulnerability. He recognizes how stories shape identity and how they evolve over time. Yet, photography offers the opportunity to capture the honesty of a single present moment. In his work, Ayo strives to express the authentic truths in each present moment, a vulnerability that creates community in art and cultivates a sense of belonging through story.
This is a powerful episode for creative expression. Ayo opens up about:
— how his photography journey began
— using a negative comment as fuel for his creative passion
— going all in & dating his art while sharpening his skills
— his approach to comparison & celebrating growth
— allowing inspiration to happen vs looking for it
— trusting & jumping into action without feeling “100% ready”
— discerning intention before posting on social media
— how following and nurturing creativity has increased his empathy & awareness
— how taking photos built compassion and a belief that everybody has a story

1. Who am I and What is Sex, Drugs, & Soul?
I'm Kristin Birdwell - a best-selling author, healer, and expression guide.
This podcast is a love child and a by-product of my memoir, Sex, Drugs, & Soul. And since the story in that book ended in 2019, I’ve experienced a lot of growth and insights that I’d love to share... as well as continue to grow and explore my curiosity within the realms of Sex...Drugs...Soul.
Writing the book strengthened my self-connection, ignited intimacy with myself, and evolved my creative, spiritual, and sexual expression. For years, I felt like I had to separate or choose the spiritual life or human experiences I enjoyed that didn’t seem to be one and of the same thing at the time.
I believe we can have a playful and fulfilling human adventure and an expansive soul growth experience. On this pod, I intend to empower expression, heal sexual shame, and integrate sexuality with spirituality by sharing vulnerable solo and collaborative conversations.
